| 20100307650 | TREAD FOR TIRE INCLUDING GUM BLOCKS WITH NOTCHES - Tread for a tire provided with a running surface intended to come into contact with the roadway when running, this tread comprising a plurality of blocks of mean axis XX′ intersecting the running surface of the tread, each block, including a side wall that makes a full circuit of the block about the axis XX′. This side wall intersects the running surface at an edge with a closed geometric outline, this edge delimiting a contact surface via which the block makes contact with the roadway. The side wall of the block and the opposite wall delimit an incision, the blocks being provided on their lateral surface with at least one notch having a depth measured perpendicular to the lateral surface of the block and a width measured parallel to the lateral face of the block, the at least one notch at least partially making a circuit of the block about the axis XX′, that is to say at least over 180 degrees. | 12-09-2010 |

| 20090082007 | Method to Decentralize the Counting of Abnormal Call Release Events on a Per Cell Base in Digital Cellular Communication Networks - In one aspect, a method to collect performance measurements a digital cellular communication network is provided. Radio links of the active set are set up both inside the serving cell and towards one or more adjacent cells belonging to adjacent clusters controlled by respective radio network controllers. Controllers are connected to one another in order to act either as master of the active set in communication with the core network or slave for managing directly controlled radio resources and executing requests from the master devoted to radio link set up or deletion. The master radio controller, when calling a slave for requesting a specific radio link deletion from the active set, also sends to it some information about the cause of that deletion. The slave radio controller when receives the cause information increments a performance measurement counter associated to the specific cause and to the specific cell the radio link deletion is requested for. Operatively, the 3GPP RNSAP Radio Link Deletion Request message is upgraded to include an Element used to specify the “Cause” of the deletion. Periodically the network operator recovers the counters to associate the specific radio link failure events to the specific cells. | 03-26-2009 |
| 20100034087 | Controlling congestion detection in hsdpa systems - A method controls transport network layer congestion detection in HSDPA systems. The method involves detecting, at an SRNC, a condition requiring the disabling, at a Node B, of measurements performed on certain fields of a data frame for detecting congestion for certain packet flows; sending, from the SRNC to the Node B, a command for disabling said measurements for the concerned packet flows; and resetting, at the Node B, any measurement performed until reception of said command for disabling the congestion detection. | 02-11-2010 |

| 20120129497 | Informing a User Equipment of a Cell and a Radio Base Station Serving the Cell About Access Rights Granted to the User Equipment - Components of a cellular communication system and methods for operating components of a cellular communication system are disclosed, wherein an access right indication is sent from a network element to a base station which access right indication defines limited access rights of a user equipment to access the radio access network to which the base station belongs. According to embodiments, the access right indication is an access right update updating already defined access rights of the user equipment to access the radio access network. | 05-24-2012 |
