20100247259DRILL BIT - A drill bit includes a shaft having a first end portion connectable to a power tool and a second end portion substantially opposite the first end portion. The shaft defines a longitudinal axis extending through the first and second end portions. The drill bit also includes a first generally planar blade coupled to the second end portion of the shaft and defining a first cutting edge extending generally perpendicularly from the axis, a second generally planar blade coupled to the second end portion of the shaft and defining a second cutting edge extending generally perpendicularly from the axis, a third blade coupled to the second end portion of the shaft and defining a third cutting edge extending generally perpendicularly from the axis, and a pilot tip extending from at least one of the first, second, and third cutting edges generally along the longitudinal axis.09-30-2010

20100175532SAW BLADE - A saw blade is provided for cutting a work piece. The saw blade comprises a body including a first end and a second end, the body defining a longitudinal axis of the saw blade. The body includes a cutting edge formed along a portion of the body and extending to at least the first end of the body. A connecting portion extends from the second end of the body to a free end of the saw blade and defines a longitudinal axis co-aligned with the longitudinal axis. The connecting portion includes a shank having a first edge and a second edge substantially parallel to the first edge. The shank is positioned between the second end of the body and the free end of the saw blade and defines a first lateral width of the connecting portion. A first holding tab extends laterally outwardly from the first edge of the shank, and a second holding tab extends laterally outwardly from the second edge of the shank. The first and second holding tabs are aligned with each other and define a second lateral width of the connecting portion that is greater than the first lateral width. A mounting hole is formed in the shank for receiving a fastener of a blade clamp, and a recess is formed in the shank at the free end of the saw blade.07-15-2010

20090107911FLUID SEPARATOR - An apparatus separates a first fluid from a mixture of fluids. The apparatus includes a housing that can have one or more entry openings and one or more exit openings. An endless flexible strip of a material having an affinity for the first fluid is arranged to be advanced through the housing. An advancing assembly advances the endless flexible strip through an entry opening in the housing and through an exit opening in the housing, thereby advancing successive portions of the endless flexible strip sequentially from a position out of contact with the first fluid to a position of contact with the first fluid and again to a position out of contact with the first fluid. More than one pathway can be located within the housing along which the endless flexible strip can be selectively advanced. A means for removing from the endless flexible strip quantities of the first fluid that adhere to the endless flexible strip can be provided.04-30-2009
