20090271326RETIREMENT FUND AND METHOD FOR GENERATING INCREASE REVENUE STREAM - A retirement fund and method for operating to produce an ever increasing revenue stream to a group of investor participants who are selected statistically based on the longevity into a pool of investors. An investment partnership is created with the selected investor participants. A financial portfolio is created from monies from each investor. The money is used to purchase high quality securities that generate income for the investment partnership. As each year of the investment partnership passes, the surviving members of the investment partnership are entitled to receive the revenue generated from the portfolio which statistically will increase yearly for the living members that survive. The investment partnership can purchase term life insurance on each investor participant used to pay back the initial investor participant who becomes deceased during the term of the investment partnership so that each investor or his estate receives his initial investment back. Upon termination at the end of a fixed period of the investment partnership, any remaining assets will be distributed pro rata among the living remaining members of the investment partnership.10-29-2009

20080224710HEAVY DUTY BATTERY SYSTEM TESTER AND METHOD - A systematic method and system for testing the charging and starting systems of a vehicle, which requires each individual test to pass before proceeding is provided. In addition, the invention incorporates an improved alternator test that determines whether the alternator belt is slipping using data read using a vehicle data port. Further, the invention provides a battery bank test that correlates the voltage before and after a load is applied to the battery bank to the batteries' conditions. When testing the starter, the oil temperature is read via the vehicle data port, allowing for a determination of whether the current draw is abnormally high.09-18-2008

20090109052System for programming a network of control points - A system and method for variably programming a plurality of utilitarian devices such as, but not limited to, LED light assemblies, motions detectors, etc. which may be associated with each of a plurality of control points. The control points are electrically interconnected to one another and to a power source to define a network, wherein an identifying code is assigned to each of the control points. One or more control facilities in the form of touch pads are cooperatively structured with a master control for programmed operations of separate predetermined numbers or arrays of said plurality of control points and the one or more utilitarian devices associated with each control point.04-30-2009
20090122553Light fixture assembly having improved heat dissipation capabilities - A light fixture assembly including an illumination assembly in the form of one or more light emitting diodes is interconnected to an electrical energy source by control circuitry. A mounting assembly supports the illumination assembly and a cover structure is disposed in heat transferring relation to the mounting assembly, wherein both the mounting assembly and the cover structure are formed of conductive material, thereby effectively dissipating the heat generated by the LED illumination assembly. The illumination assembly is connected to a source and electric energy by a conductor assembly comprising one or more conductive material connectors mechanically interconnecting components of the light fixture into an assembled orientation. A non-conductive insulation assembly isolates each of the one or more conductive connectors from the mounting assembly to avoid electrical contact there between.05-14-2009
