20090241999Modular Stripe Removal System - Briefly, disclosed is a stripe removal or cleaning system for removing coatings or markings from hard surfaces, such as roadways, by high pressure liquid. The system employs a liquid reservoir connected to a high pressure fluid pump for directing ultra high pressure water through a blast head to remove the coatings or markings. The blast head is mounted on a vehicle. Water and debris removed from the surfaces are delivered to a vacuum tank where the debris is separated from the water. The vacuum is maintained in the vacuum tank by a high power vacuum pump. The entire removal or cleaning system is mounted on a skid, thus enabling it to be transported to any location and used on vehicles which do not have to be dedicated to stripe removal or surface cleaning.10-01-2009
20090242003Water Blasting Head With Through Feeding Hydraulic Motor - Briefly, disclosed is an ultra high pressure blasting head for a mobile marking removal system. The blasting head includes a hydraulic motor that is constructed and arranged for direct connection to a spray bar for controlled rotation thereof. The output shaft of the hydraulic motor is constructed to be hollow or tubular so that the ultra high pressure water can be supplied to the spray bar through the output shaft. The spray head assembly is particularly suited for mobile systems utilized to remove markings and/or coatings from surfaces with high or ultra high pressure liquid.10-01-2009
20100200514Water Treatment System For Surface Cleaning Apparatus - The present invention relates generally to an environmentally sensitive mobile cleaning system, and more specifically relates to a closed loop water recirculation system for high or ultra-high pressure mobile cleaning apparatus. The system includes a water tank sized to contain an established volume of fluid sufficient to circulate through the system, a pump to pressure the fluid to a cleaning head, a vacuum system to return the contaminated fluid to the system, and a filter means to remove the contaminants from the fluid so that clean fluid can be reintroduced to the cleaning head. The method comprises the steps of increasing the pressure of a fixed volume of fluid in a closed-loop system, jetting or blasting the surface with the pressurized fluid, vacuuming the blasted fluid into the system, and removing the contaminants from the fluid.08-12-2010

20110022366SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR IDENTIFYING AND UTILIZING A MASS FLOW SPRINKLER COEFFICIENT - Systems and methods for determining, characterizing and/or predicting the impact of a sprinkler discharge spray on a fire induced mass flow through a vent, preferably a doorway, of a compartment. Provided are systems and methods for determining a sprinkler coefficient that characterizes the ability of a sprinkler to reduce a fire induced mass flow from the compartment. The sprinkler coefficient preferably defines a ratio of a mass flow from a compartment, in the absence of a discharging sprinkler, to the mass flow from a compartment, in the presence of a discharging sprinkler. Accordingly, the systems and methods herein provide for the sprinkler coefficient to define a mass flow equation by accounting for the influence of a discharging sprinkler spray and provide for a new fire induced mass flow calculator.01-27-2011

20100250313SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR ENFORCING FIDUCIARY COMPLIANCE - Systems and methods for enforcing compliance with fiduciary responsibilities related to the administration of a retirement plan are disclosed. The systems and methods include accessing compliance requirements corresponding to the fiduciary responsibilities related to administration of the retirement plan by a fiduciary. Upon accessing the requirements, compliance tasks are extracted in an example implementation. Once compliance tasks are extracted from the requirements, due dates for the compliance tasks are determined based on dates associated with the compliance requirements, or in some examples based on date chosen by a fiduciary. The compliance tasks are then stored in a database, in an example. The systems and methods then monitor the one or more compliance tasks and send alerts based on monitored activities. Finally, in an example implementation, responses to the alerts are tracked to determine whether any follow up action needs to be triggered.09-30-2010
