20110251681Transcatheter Prosthetic Heart Valve Delivery System with Recapturing Feature and Method - A delivery system for percutaneously deploying a prosthetic heart valve. The system includes an inner shaft assembly, a delivery sheath capsule and a handle maintaining a first actuator and a second actuator. The capsule is configured to compressively retain the prosthetic heart valve over the inner shaft assembly. The first actuator is operated to proximally retract the delivery sheath capsule and expose the prosthetic heart valve relative to the capsule. The second actuator is operated to proximally retract the prosthetic heart valve by transmitting forces to the inner shaft assembly.10-13-2011

20100114988JOB COMPETENCY MODELING - An apparatus for managing a job model workflow, the apparatus including a server computer including a processor and associated memory, a data store, the server computer connected to the data store and configured to execute computer readable instructions that, when executed, cause the server computer provide an application that can: receive from a user a request to create a job model, create a job model data structure in the data store corresponding to the job model, populate the data structure with a first data object representing one or more attributes of the job model, notify another user that feedback relating to the one or more attributes of the job model is requested, provide an interface for the another user to provide feedback, store received feedback in the data store, and provide the received feedback to the user.05-06-2010

20100109684Fluid Detecting Mattress Cover and Monitoring System - Apparatus, systems, and methods are described for detecting moisture on a mattress cover. Conductive leads affixed to the mattress cover are configured in loop patterns, and adjacent conductive loops are positioned equidistant to one another to provide equal sensitivity to moisture at any location on the mattress cover. A quick-release connector allows the conductive leads to be quickly connected to an electrical monitoring circuit. The continuity of each conductive lead is periodically checked using a test signal. Moisture is detected by applying a different voltage level to adjacent conductive leads and measuring the current flowing between the leads. When moisture or a broken conductive lead is detected, an alarm signal is communicated to an attendant. The alarm signal is repeated at periodic intervals until the electrical monitoring circuit detects that the alarm condition has been corrected. The attendant's response time is recorded for future performance evaluations.05-06-2010

20090215998DEVICES AND METHODS FOR HIGH-PRESSURE REFOLDING OF PROTEINS - Disclosed are devices for holding samples, particularly liquid samples, during high-pressure treatment. The devices enable a variety of functions, such as high-throughput screening of samples in multi-compartment device embodiments, and adjustment of solution conditions during high-pressure treatment. The devices are designed to maintain integrity during the high-pressure conditions, and are optionally substantially impermeable to oxygen.08-27-2009

20090089740System For Generating Linked Object Duplicates - A method of creating, managing, and synchronizing full or partial object copies in a distributed object oriented software system. Copies of an object or another object copy can be made using the same class definition. The copies are kept up to date by the copied object and changes are synchronized on demand back to the copied object. Partial copies retrieve additional object data as requested or needed.04-02-2009
20090094014Software System For Binding Model Data To View Components - A flexible method of mapping view components to data model objects in an object oriented system. The mapping manages navigating the data model graph to access data needed by the view component and to listen for events indicating changes within the data model graph and relevant to the view component. This mapping is extremely flexible in that the component can elect to receive one result for one input, one result for each of many inputs, multiple results for one input, or multiple results for each of multiple inputs, and the association used in the mapping internalizes the event management required for keeping the component up to date with the latest changes in the mapped data model.04-09-2009
20100199262System For Identifying Attributes And Events With Immutable Sequential Numbers - A method of defining attributes and events in an object oriented software system. The attributes and events are defined by the class as hierarchically unique number fields. They are initialized by a call to a metadata storage object which may be passed attribute or event related metadata for subsequent access by the software system.08-05-2010
20110035732Method and apparatus for defining and compiling or converting language and user interface system agnostic view definitions to runnable code - A method of converting a declaratively defined and language & user interface platform agnostic view to source or binary computer code that is then used to display the view at application run-time. The method includes processing of the view definition, reading the component definition for each component defined in the view, loading and executing each component builder code module to retrieve the output code for each component, and then integrating the output code for each component into a single output for the view. The method allows for new components to be introduced to the system, unknown at the time of the system's packaging, and it provides means for the view to be fully declarative in nature, including no software instructions of any kind.02-10-2011
