20110313504DEVICE AND METHOD TO PREVENT OR TREAT OUTFLOW VEIN STENOSIS OF AN ARTERIOVENOUS FISTULA CONSTRUCTED WITH A SYNTHETIC VASCULAR GRAFT - Systems and methods are provided that reduce or prevent the occurrence of NIH, VR and the resulting VS in the VOT of a GAVF. The system may protect the venous outflow tract of a GAVF from the deleterious physical and biological factors that induce: pathological cellular and biochemical responses which cause neointimal hyperplasia, venous remodeling, thrombosis, venous stenosis, and GAVF-vein anastomotic stenosis, including: a fenestrated expandable stent; and a tubular extension extending from the fenestration. The method protects the venous outflow tract of a GAVF from the deleterious physical and biological factors that induce: pathological cellular and biochemical responses which cause neointimal hyperplasia, venous remodeling, thrombosis, venous stenosis, and GAVF-vein anastomotic stenosis, and include steps of inserting the device into a vein to be used as a VOT; expanding the device; and joining the tubular extension of the device to a GAVF.12-22-2011

20090110431LASER PRINTER TONER CARTRIDGE SEAL AND METHOD - A reassembled laser printer toner cartridge and method of manufacture including a cartridge seal assembly in which the remains of an OEM laser printer toner cartridge's toner hopper pull seal strip(s) is left in position, or a substitute conductive strip is put in the same position to simulate the OEM pull seal strip(s) if the OEM strips have been damaged or are missing in order to enable a repaired or remanufactured cartridge to cooperate with the printer in detecting measuring and displaying the amount of toner consumed from the cartridge and shut the printer down, once the toner cartridge is empty, and a toner cartridge hopper foam seal strip assembly that covers the remnants of the OEM seal strips and provides a seal to prevent leakage of toner from the re-filled toner cartridge.04-30-2009

20080239606Combination current sensor and relay - A protection device for monitoring current in a power cable to an electrical device and for controlling a remotely located starter for the electrical device in response to a system controller. The device includes a transformer magnetically linked with the power cable to produce a voltage signal in response to the presence of a changing current within the power cable. An input circuit located in a single housing together with the transformer is electrically connected to the transformer so as to receive the voltage signal. The input circuit produces, in response to the voltage signal, either a first signal or a first circuit condition at the output terminal of the input circuit, representative of the changing current in the power cable. A switch circuit also in the same container with the transformer has a terminal for sensing either a second signal or a second circuit condition of the remotely located system controller. The switch circuit has a second terminal to provide either a third signal or a third circuit condition effective to control the starter, in response to sensing one of the second signal and the second circuit condition. All of the transformer, the input circuit, and the switch circuit are located in a single unitary package which is easily mounted and adjusted to a desired position.10-02-2008

20090152864METHOD OF FORMING A CLAMPING RING AND A CLAMPING RING - For forming a clamping ring first the pipe is extruded. The extruded pipe is cut to form a pipe part. While extruding the pipe, its inner diameter is formed smaller than the outer diameter of a pipe onto which the clamping ring is positioned before making a pipe connection. The inner diameter of the pipe part is made larger by removing material from the inside of the pipe part but only over part of the length of the pipe part such that a stop edge is formed. The clamping ring is used on a pipe when making a pipe connection.06-18-2009
