20080280733FOLDING ELLIPTICAL EXERCISE MACHINE - An elliptical exercise machine having a frame adjustable between an operational position and a folded position. A removable outer shell is hingedly connected to a base upon which the elliptical machine stands. The outer shell is configured to resemble two halves of a coffee table that are pivoted to either cover or expose the machine. Each handlebar on the machine includes a hinged section that is movable between a folded and an operational position. The machine is further provided with a latching assembly to lock the flywheel against rotation and to correctly position the same so that the outer shell can be placed over the folded machine.11-13-2008
20080280734Folding treadmill - An electrically driven, continuous track treadmill having a frame comprising a first section with a second section pivotably connected to a rear end thereof. The treadmill is adjustable between an operational position where the first and second sections are substantially horizontally aligned, and a folded position where the second section is pivoted onto said first section, such that an upper surface of the second section abuts an upper surface of the first section. A handle is pivotally connected to the first section of the frame and extends upwardly away therefrom when the treadmill is in the operational position. The handle pivots into abutting contact with a lower surface of the second section when the treadmill is in the folded position. The treadmill preferably is also provided with an inclination adjustment assembly that is selectively activatable to move the frame between a neutral position, a positively inclined position and a negatively inclined position relative to the floor surface. The treadmill is further provided with a shell configured to resemble a coffee table which is positioned over or around the treadmill when in the folded position. The treadmill therefore can be stored in plain sight.11-13-2008
20080280735Folding elliptical exercise machine - An elliptical exercise machine having a frame that is adjustable between an operational position and a folded position. The frame includes a base that remains in constant contact with a floor surface when the frame is in both the operational and folded positions. A first mast section extends upwardly and outwardly away from the base. A second mast section is pivotally connected to an upper end of the first mast section. The second mast section is pivoted into vertical alignment with the first mast section when the frame is adjusted into the operational position and is pivoted downwardly toward the base when the frame is adjusted into the folded position. First and second swing arm assemblies are pivotally mounted between the second mast section and a flywheel that is mounted on the base. Handlebars are pivotally mounted on the first and second swing arms. The handlebars are adjustable in orientation so as to reduce the overall dimensions of the elliptical exercise machine when it is to be folded. A decorative cover, which preferably resembles a wooden coffee table, is positioned over the exercise machine when in the folded position. The exercise machine therefore can be stored in plain sight. The cover is removed when the exercise machine is to be adjusted into the operational position.11-13-2008
20090036239Lacrosse stick - A lacrosse stick having a shaft with an octagonal cross-sectional profile. Two of the shaft's side walls disposed opposite to each other are of a wider width than the remaining six side walls. The six narrower side walls are all flat. The two wider side walls are configured to aid the player in gripping the shaft and to provide the head feel to the player. The wider side walls may be provided with at least a pair of ribs of the same width that are separated by a groove. This embodiment aids the player in gripping the shaft and gives the player a one hundred and eighty degree head feel. The wider side walls may, alternatively, be concave with the degree of concavity differing from one edge of the side wall to the other. This concavity aids the player in gripping the shaft while the change in the degree of concavity gives the player a three hundred and sixty degree head feel. In a further embodiment, the wider side walls may flare outwardly away from each other and be connected to the adjacent side wall at the most tapered edge by a ridged region. This configuration again aids the player in gripping the shaft and provides the player with a three hundred and sixty degree head feel.02-05-2009
20090125049POWER SUPPLY FOR A TATTOO MACHINE - A power supply that includes a housing for retaining the electronic components needed to operate a tattoo machine. The housing includes a first region in which the tattooing controls are located and a second region that includes a display screen. The first and second regions are separated from each so that a plastic covering can be drawn over only the first region to protect the tattooing controls while leaving the display screen unobscured.05-14-2009
20100190590THONG FOR STRINGING THE HEAD OF A LACROSSE STICK AND A PRE-LACED POCKET AND NET INCORPORATING THE SAME - A thong used for stringing the head of a lacrosse stick, a pre-laced pocket incorporating said thong and a net incorporating said pre-laced pocket. The thong has a plurality of holes defined therein and which extend between the front and rear surfaces of the thong. The holes are configured to receive a lacing member therethrough. The pre-laced pocket is comprised of a plurality of said thongs and a lacing member threaded through the holes in a diamond-shaped, cross-laced pattern. The net is comprised of the pre-laced pocket and one or more connector strings that extend between the pre-laced pocket and the head's frame.07-29-2010

20090241844PET FEEDING SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR COLLECTING SPILLED FOOD AND WATER - A pet feeding system for separating spilled food from spilled water comprises a housing which defines a contained feeding area adapted to hold a food bowl, a water bowl, or both. The system is capable of filtering spilled food from spilled water. A sloped surface extends downward from a bowl region toward a perforated collection region. A low portion of at least one wall has a segment which is contoured inwardly toward feeding bowls, thus allowing a pet to be closer to the bowls while feeding. A method for collecting spilled food and spilled water from a pet feeding system comprises separating the pet feeding system into a first reservoir and a second reservoir, which are detachably coupled to each other; collecting the spilled food from the first reservoir; and collecting the spilled water from the second reservoir.10-01-2009
20100180827PET FEEDING SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR COLLECTING SPILLED FOOD AND WATER - A pet feeding system for separating spilled food from spilled water comprises a housing having a contained feeding area and at least one opening used to separate spilled food from spilled water. The system may include a sloped surface extending downward from a bowl region toward a collection region. A method for collecting spilled food and spilled water from a pet feeding system includes the step of separating spilled water from spilled food.07-22-2010
