20100108112METHOD FOR SUPPLYING CLEAR RINSING AGENTS IN A PROGRAM-CONTROLLED DISHWASHER - A device for checking the concentration of clear rinsing agent in a rinsing liquid circulated in the means for retaining water of a household appliance is provided. The device includes a processing unit operatively connectable to a sensor having at least one transmitting element that emits an optical signal and at least one receiving element that receives the optical signal emitted by the transmitting element. The processing unit determines the wetting of the sensor with clear rinsing liquid and renders an estimate of the concentration of clear rinsing agent in the clear rinsing liquid as a function of the wetting of the sensor with clear rinsing liquid based upon the energy level emitted by the transmitting element and received by the receiving element.05-06-2010
20100200028DISHWASHER, ESPECIALLY DOMESTIC DISHWASHER - A dishwasher including a cutlery basket that has an adjustable compartment. The adjustable compartment receives a cutlery item that is adjustable between a loading position for loading and/or unloading the adjustable compartment and an angled position for carrying out cleaning and/or drying the cutlery item. In the angled position, a first clearance height of the cutlery item is reduced in relation to a second clearance height of the cutlery item in the loading position.08-12-2010
20100252081WATER CONDUCTING HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCE - A water conducting household appliance, particularly a dishwasher or a washing machine, having a hydraulic circuit, in which cleaning fluid can be recycled and in which at least one further filter is provided for filtering recycled washing liquor. In an exemplary embodiment, the appliance includes a filter in the hydraulic circuit for filtering recycled washing liquor. The filter may be disposed in a region of the hydraulic circuit in which the recycled washing liquor is rotated.10-07-2010
20100294311METHOD FOR DETECTING THE LOAD OF ITEMS TO BE WASHED, AND DISHWASHER MACHINE - A method for determining at least one of the type and the quantity of items to be washed in a dishwasher machine is provided for use with a dishwashing machine having a washing chamber in which the items are placed in receptacles for subsequent washing of the items during a dishwashing program with the respective disposition of the items in the receptacles constituting the load of the receptacles in the washing chamber of the dishwasher machine. The method includes detecting the load of the receptacles by an image detection system that measures distances in a non-contact manner by means of the speed of light such that the measured distances can be evaluated to obtain a three-dimensional image of the washing chamber.11-25-2010
20110056527DISHWASHER - A dishwasher comprising liquid lines that guide washing liquor towards spray devices arranged inside a washing receptacle. In an exemplary embodiment, the dishwasher includes a switch-over element, upon actuation of which, the washing liquor may be guided to a first liquid line leading to a first spray device, and/or to a second liquid line leading to a second spray device. The dishwasher may include at least one supplementary filter associated with the switch-over element.03-10-2011
20110114122WATER-CONDUCTING HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCE AND METHOD FOR THE OPERATION THEREOF - A dishwasher includes at least one substantially closed water circuit in which rinsing liquid is circulated according to a program control unit, the rinsing liquid being conveyed through a filter element while circulating in order to filter out dirt. Another water circuit is provided through which the rinsing liquid is circulated according to the program control unit when the filter element is covered with dirt in order to cause the filter element to be cleaned.05-19-2011
20110114141DISHWASHER COMPRISING A SORPTION DRYING SYSTEM - A dishwasher having a washing container; a controller to control the operation of the dishwasher by means of a wash program; a desorption drying system to dry items to be washed that are arranged inside the washing container; and input means that are connected to the controller and that modify the wash program.05-19-2011

20100221676Coupling Between a Medical Handpiece Part and a Supply Hose - A coupling for the production of a releasable connection between a medical, in particular a dental, handpiece part and a supply hose and for the transmission of current and if applicable further supply media from the supply hose to the handpiece part. The coupling includes two coupling elements wherein one of the two coupling elements may be arranged on the supply hose and the other on the handpiece part. A guide element is arranged on one of the two coupling elements, which guide element can be inserted into an insertion opening formed on the other coupling element. In a certain relative rotational position of the two coupling elements a pushing element having current contacts engages into a corresponding recess of the second coupling element, wherein with inserted or at least partly inserted guide element the two coupling elements can be rotated relative to one another around an axis of rotation before attainment of the predetermined coupling position. Thereby there is formed a reliable bayonet coupling which makes possible a particularly easy handling.09-02-2010

20100209872ROTOR FOR AN ELECTRIC MOTOR, ELECTRIC MOTOR AND DENTISTRY HANDPIECE - The rotor for an electric motor used with a dental handpiece has a shaft with a rotational axis and a magnet arranged around the rotational axis. A centering element may be rigidly connected to the shaft or constructed as part of the shaft. The centering element presses on the magnet from the outside to center it in relation to the rotational axis of the shaft. The centering element may be pressed or shrunk on to two balancing rings. The balancing rings can be pressed or shrunk on the shaft. This allows precise centering of the magnet with respect to the rotational axis of the shaft to be achieved. The pressure exerted by the centering element on the magnet counteracts centrifugal forces during rotor rotation. Particularly high speeds may be achieved without the surface of the magnet exceeding a critical tensile stress.08-19-2010

20090283403Sensor element having improved dynamic properties - A sensor element, e.g., for measuring an oxygen concentration in an exhaust gas, has at least two electrodes and at least one solid electrolyte connecting the electrodes. The solid electrolyte has at least one first metal oxide as the solid electrolyte matrix material, and at least one solid electrolyte dopant. At least one intermediate layer is situated between at least one of the electrodes and the solid electrolyte. The intermediate layer has at least one second metal oxide as the intermediate layer matrix material and at least one intermediate layer dopant. The concentration of the intermediate layer dopant in the intermediate layer matrix material is less than the concentration of the solid electrolyte dopant in the solid electrolyte matrix material.11-19-2009
20110125414METHOD FOR OPERATING A GAS SENSOR - A method for operating a gas sensor is provided, wherein provision is made for determining the concentration of a gas component in a sample gas. In so doing, the gas sensor is operated in at least two different operational modes. A first operational mode (05-26-2011
