20090068391INFORMATION RECORDING MEDIUM - The invention discloses an information recording medium comprising a disc body, an ink-receiving layer, and a stacker ring. The disc body comprises a non-data side and a data side. The ink-receiving layer is provided on the non-data side. The ink-receiving layer has an outer radius larger than 57 mm and an inner radius smaller than 20 mm. The stacker ring is located near the center of the data side. The stacker ring has a radius smaller than 11 mm. Specifically, the radius of the stacker ring should be smaller than the inner radius of the ink-receiving layer. Accordingly, a larger area pattern can be printed on the information recording medium of the invention. Furthermore, since the stacker ring does not contact the ink-receiving layer, the information recording medium will not adhere to another under high temperature and high humidity after a period of transportation.03-12-2009

20090280992MULTI-WELL SYSTEM - A multi-well system is described which is comprised of a tray comprising a plurality of wells which may include thousands, tens of thousands or even hundreds of thousands of wells or more. Each of the wells has a unique address. The system includes a tray top comprised of a plurality of areas wherein each of the areas corresponds uniquely to each of the wells and includes a unique address. The system may include a second tray top also comprised of a plurality of areas with unique addresses which uniquely correspond to each of the wells. The areas on the tops have compounds bound to those areas which compounds bind to components present in the wells and are used to obtain specific material in each well for analysis.11-12-2009
20100035763METHOD OF SCREENING SINGLE CELLS FOR THE PRODUCTION OF BIOLOGICALLY ACTIVE AGENTS - This invention generally relates to a methods, devices and kits for screening single cells for the production of one or more biologically active agents of interest, such as a protein, nucleic acid, or a protein and the nucleic acid encoding same.02-11-2010
20110190148METHOD OF OBTAINING ANTIBODIES OF INTEREST AND NUCLEOTIDES ENCODING SAME - The invention is a methodology which makes it possible to select from a very large number of cells, a single cell or cells of interest and obtain specific information from those cells in a rapid and efficient manner. As an example of the methodology, a large number of antibody producing cells such as plasma cells are separated so that these individual antibody producing plasma cells are placed in individual wells. The cells are allowed to produce antibodies and the antibodies in the wells are then contacted with a protein bound to a solid surface such as a well top. The protein universally and specifically binds antibodies in the wells. The surface or well tray top includes addresses configured such that each address is specifically related to one of the individual wells containing a cell producing antibodies.08-04-2011
