20080290131Main Valve Driving Air Passage of Nail Gun - An air passage of a nail gun includes a fixed cylinder disposed in a gun body, and a main valve disposed at a top portion of the fixed cylinder, a trigger valve between an air collecting chamber and a main passage, an air-in passage formed in the trigger valve connecting between the air collecting chamber and the main passage, an air-out passage formed in the trigger valve connecting between the main passage and external atmosphere, and a disc-shaped valve stopper forming a main chamber. The main chamber collects the high pressure air via the air-in passage to actuate the valve stopper to move up while the valve bar is pressed, and exhausts the high pressure air in the main chamber via the air-out passage to actuate the high pressure air in the air collecting chamber to drive the valve stopper and the main valve to move down to reposit while the valve bar is released.11-27-2008
20080290132Main Air Valve for Pneumatic Nail Gun - A nail gun includes a cylinder, a main chamber, a piston slidably disposed in the cylinder, and a trigger valve disposed in the nail gun. The piston divides the cylinder into a top air chamber and a bottom air chamber, and the trigger valve can actuate the high pressure air in the main chamber to drive the main air valve to open or close the fluid communication between the main chamber and the top air chamber. A main air valve is disposed at a top portion of the cylinder, which includes a valve port, a top and bottom air tight rings disposed on the piston. The valve port is disposed between the top and bottom air tight rings when it is closed, and moves to a place away from the top air tight ring when it is opened.11-27-2008
20090032566Transmission Mechanism for Electrical Nail Gun - A transmission mechanism for an electrical nail gun includes a rotary transmission unit and a linear transmission unit in a housing of the electrical nail gun. The rotary transmission unit includes a motor driven by electricity, a flywheel driven by the motor and extending to form a cylinder thereon, a solenoid activated by electricity, and a moveable driving wheel adjacent to an end side of the cylinder. A clutch is formed between the cylinder and the driving wheel. The solenoid is buried in the cylinder so that a magnetic conductivity loop is constructed around the solenoid to produce the magnetic field when the solenoid is activated. The driving wheel is attracted to move to an engagement position to be driven by the flywheel, thereby driving the linear transmission unit to impact a nail when the solenoid is activated by electricity, and the driving wheel returns to a disengagement position to disengage from the flywheel, thereby stopping driving the linear transmission unit when the solenoid is demagnetized.02-05-2009
20090032567Clutch Mechanism for Electrical Nail Gun - A clutch mechanism arranged in a housing of an electrical nail gun includes a sliding base, a driver driven by electricity, a swing base pivotally mounted on the housing, and an electric driver attached to the housing and being adjacent to an end side of the swing base. The sliding base is slidably disposed on an end of a free roller positioned in the housing, and the sliding base loads a spring and forms a hitting nail bar thereon. The driver has a motor and a flywheel driven by the motor, and the flywheel is configured to engage or disengage with/from the sliding base. The swing base is adjacent to the sliding base and the free roller and receives the driver therein. The electric driver has a rod member driven by electricity, and the rod member drives the swing base to swing to a first position where the flywheel meshes with the sliding base to thereby drive the sliding base to move downwards, and a second position where the flywheel disengages from the sliding base to thereby cause the sliding base to reposit. Thus, it is an advantage to improve service life and stability of the electrical nail gun.02-05-2009
20090302087Adjusting Mechanism for Control Valve of Nail Guns - A nail gun includes a housing defining a group of receiving grooves and a safety rod. The control valve includes a body and a valve stem slidably received in the body. The body is movably mounted in the receiving grooves and one end of the valve stem is arranged to sustain the safety rod at a predetermined height. The predetermined height can be adjusted by moving the body relative to the receiving grooves.12-10-2009
20100006619Fastener Positioning Assembly for Nail Gun - A nail gun includes a fastener drive track capable of receiving fasteners having different length. A faster positioning assembly includes at least one swinging member and a stop portion. The swinging member is elastically and pivotably disposed at a side of the fastener drive track. The stop portion is formed at an end of the swinging member and received in the fastener drive track. The stop portion is configured for positioning fasteners prior to the fasteners are hit, and the stop portion retractably exits from the fastener drive track when a long fastener is received in the fastener drive track. The fastener positioning assembly enables the nail gun to drive fasteners having different length, as such, it is very convenient to use such nail gun to join different workpiece having different thickness on an object.01-14-2010
20100012698Control mechanism for Pneumatic Nail Guns - In a controlling mechanism for pneumatic nailer, the pneumatic nailer includes a leaf spring, a trigger, a trigger valve and a safety rod attached to a main body of the nailer. The control mechanism includes a control valve and the control valve includes a valve plug connected to the safety rod. The leaf spring is mounted between the trigger valve and the trigger for receiving actuation from the trigger, and one end of thereof being extended to a position for pushing the valve plug so that through pressing the trigger, the leaf spring is driven to push the valve plug and the safety rod to move downwardly, thereby controlling the pressurized air to drive the nail gun. As such, the valve plug can move in to a position that can to control the nail hitting action of the nail gun in advance so the stability of control increases.01-21-2010
20100019015Bushing for Nail Guns - A bushing for conducting air in a nail gun is arranged between an air chamber and a cylinder received in a housing of the nail gun. The bushing is adjacent to a bottom of a main valve for driving hitting motion of the nail gun. A number of main valve holes that are adjacent to the main valve are formed in a sidewall of the cylinder. At least one air inlet is formed in a bottom of a sidewall of the cylinder. An air flow passage is defined in the housing and is in communication with the main valve and the air hole. A valve plug which is configured for opening or closing the air flow passage is received in the air flow passage. The valve plug divides the air flow passage into an upper portion and a lower portion. The lower portion is formed in the housing. An annular end surface is formed on a top of the bushing. The annular end surface defines a main air inlet for the main valve. An end portion extends from the bushing and having the upper portion of the air flow passage formed therein. The bushing further includes at least one upper air hole in communication with the air chamber, the main inlet and the upper portion of the air flow passage.01-28-2010
20100038398Linkage Mechanism for Control Valve in Pneumatic Nail Guns - A linkage mechanism for a control valve in a nail gun is provided. The control valve is disposed on a main body of the nail gun. A valve plug of the control valve adjoins to a safety rod of the nail gun. A trigger valve is mounted on the main body and an outer trigger is disposed adjacent to the trigger valve. An inner trigger is pivotably disposed in the outer trigger. An end of a rod member is slidably disposed at a side of the outer trigger and another end of the rod member is connected between the valve plug and the safety rod with an arm. A stopping portion is formed at a middle portion of the rod member. The stopping portion is configured for pressing the outer trigger so as to drive the inner trigger to push the rod member, the arm, the valve plug and the safety rod to move along a nail driving direction of the nail gun. The present linkage mechanism can improve a stability of controlling of nail shooting action and a durability of the nail gun.02-18-2010
