The multi-point door latch includes a housing containing first and second gears, each gear being rotatably mounted to the housing, the gears intermeshing to rotate in opposite directions between first and second positions. One of the gears is mountable to a door lock lever to rotate in response to movement of the door lock lever. The door latch also includes an actuator coupling the first and second hooks to the first and second gears, respectively.
