20110174345Device for dispensing at least one washing agent in a dishwashing machine - The dispensing device includes a support body adapted to be mounted on the side of that door of the machine which is facing the washing chamber, in a position such that in the operation this body is periodically flushed, at least in part, by a flow of washing liquid emitted by at least one spraying rotor. In the support body there is incorporated an electrically conducting member whose electric capacitance with respect to earth is variable by the effect of the flow of washing liquid which periodically impinges onto the body; a detection and processing device being connected to the conducting member and being predisposed for detecting the variations of the electric capacitance of said conducting member with respect to earth and for correlating in a predetermined manner said variations with the operation of the spraying rotor.07-21-2011

20110081152High-Speed Receiver Architecture - A receiver (e.g., for a 10G fiber communications link) includes an interleaved ADC coupled to a multi-channel equalizer that can provide different equalization for different ADC channels within the interleaved ADC. That is, the multi-channel equalizer can compensate for channel-dependent impairments. In one approach, the multi-channel equalizer is a feedforward equalizer (FFE) coupled to a Viterbi decoder, for example a sliding block Viterbi decoder (SBVD); and the FFE and/or the channel estimator for the Viterbi decoder are adapted using the LMS algorithm.04-07-2011

20090060018Transmit Equalizer For Dispersive Channels - An equalizer at the transmitter reduces data-dependent jitter introduced by a non-linear device in the transmitter. In one implementation, the equalizer is T/2-spaced. In an alternate implementation, it is T-spaced.03-05-2009

20110058596Multi-Channel Equalization to Compensate for Impairments Introduced by Interleaved Devices - A system includes a time-interleaved device. An equalizer effectively can apply different equalization to different interleaved channels. For convenience, these equalizers will be referred to as multi-channel equalizers. In one aspect, an apparatus includes an interleaved device having M interleaved channels, and a multi-channel equalizer coupled to the interleaved device. The multi-channel equalizer is capable of applying a different equalization to different interleaved channels, thus compensating for channel-dependent impairments.03-10-2011

20090186523Electrical connector - An electrical connector sub-assembly including a housing having at least one electrical contact receiving area configured to receive an electrical contact; and a terminal position assurance (TPA) member located on a front section of the housing. The TPA member is laterally movable on the front section between an unlocked position and a locked position. The TPA member comprises two spaced sections configured to lock the electrical contact in the electrical contact receiving area at two spaced locations when the TPA member is moved to the locked position. This prevents unintentional withdrawal of the electrical contact from the electrical contact receiving area.07-23-2009
20090221167Electrical connector - An electrical connector including a housing; electrical contacts connected to the housing; and a mate assist system for assisting in mating the electrical connector to a mating electrical connector. The mate assist system includes a lever pivotably connected to the housing, a slider slidably connected to the housing, and a system for preventing unintentional movement of the lever from an unlocked position. The system for preventing unintentional movement of the lever includes a first latch adapted to be manually actuated by a user and a second latch on the slider adapted to be automatically moved by the mating electrical connector when the housing is initially mounted on the mating electrical connector. Both the first and second latches are moved to enable movement of the lever from the unlocked position.09-03-2009

20080229236Non-linear navigation in discussion forums - Systems, methods, and other embodiments associated with providing non-linear navigation in a discussion forum are described. One method embodiment includes maintaining a location data that identifies a thread or message to which a user has navigated. The method also includes manipulating a navigation control in a graphical user interface based on actions taken by the user and/or other users of the system. The navigation control facilitates a user moving to points not traditionally reachable in a single vertical navigation step in a discussion forum interface.09-18-2008
20100161645Change management - Systems, methods, and other embodiments associated with artifact type neutral change management are described. One example method includes maintaining an access table for each artifact in a collaborative software environment that records a most recent access of an artifact on a per user basis. An artifact type registration table is also maintained that maps each artifact type to the access table that records access information for artifacts of the given type and to a data store that stores artifacts of that type. For a given user, artifact pair, queries on the type registration table, access table, and data store are generated to return the last modification time for the artifact and the user's last access time for the artifact. This information is used to determine a change status of the artifact for the given user. This common framework can be used for artifacts of any type that are registered in the type registration table.06-24-2010
20100169306Type neutral container - Systems, methods, and other embodiments associated with an artifact type neutral container are described. This artifact type neutral container is achieved through an artifact type neutral architecture that is managed using a central type neutral registration mechanism. Queries are executed on type neutral registration tables to return data stores that store the artifacts found within a given artifact type neutral container. The data stores are queried to return the artifacts in the artifact type neutral container. The artifact type neutral container can be used in systems in which the artifact type neutral container and artifact data are stored in the same database as well as in systems in which the artifact type neutral container and artifact data are stored in different databases.07-01-2010
20100217804Collaborative draft forum-messages - Systems, methods, and other embodiments associated with collaborative draft forum-messages are described. One example method includes receiving draft forum-message data from a drafter. The draft forum-message data may identify a set of entities to whom the drafter seeks to grant edit privileges. The example method may also include providing a portion of the draft forum-message data to one of the identified entities and allowing them to view and/or modify the draft forum-message data.08-26-2010
