| 20100196425 | OROS PUSH-STICK FOR CONTROLLED DELIVERY OF ACTIVE AGENTS - A sustained release dosage form is provided comprising a pharmaceutically active agent and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof and adapted to release as an erodible solid over a prolonged period of time, wherein the dosage form provides burst release of the pharmaceutically active agent without the use of an immediate release drug coating. The dosage form is able to deliver high doses of poorly soluble or slowly dissolving active agents at a controlled rate. Methods of using the dosage forms to treat disease or conditions in human patients are also disclosed. | 08-05-2010 |
| 20100221293 | CONTROLLED RELEASE FORMULATIONS OF OPIOID AND NONOPIOID ANALGESICS - Sustained release dosage forms for twice daily oral dosing to a human patient for providing relief from pain are provided. The sustained release dosage form comprises an immediate release component and a sustained release component, wherein the immediate release component and the sustained release component collectively contain a therapeutically effective amount of an opioid analgesic and a therapeutically effective amount of nonopioid analgesic. In a preferred embodiment, the nonopioid analgesic is acetaminophen and the opioid analgesic is hydrocodone and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, and in preferred embodiments, the pharmaceutically acceptable salt is bitartrate. The dosage forms produce plasma profiles in a patient characterized by a Cmax for hydrocodone of between about 0.6 ng/mL/mg to about 1.4 ng/mL/mg and an AUC for hydrocodone of between about 9.1 ng*hr/mL/mg to about 19.9 ng*hr/mL/mg (per mg hydrocodone bitartrate administered) and a Cmax for acetaminophen of between about 2.8 ng/mL/mg and 7.9 ng/mL/mg and an AUC for acetaminophen of between about 28.6 ng*hr/mL/mg and about 59.1 ng*hr/mL/mg (per mg acetaminophen administered) after a single dose. | 09-02-2010 |

| 20110164571 | METHOD FOR ESTABLISHING OF A POINT-TO-POINT CONNECTION BETWEEN A MOBILE NODE AND A NETWORK ENTITY, A CORRESPONDING MOBILE NODE AND A CORRESPONDING NETWORK ENTITY - The present invention refers to establishing of a point-to-point connection between a mobile node and a network entity by use of an access link of the network entity, wherein the network entity is configured to manage mobility related signalling for mobile nodes attached to the access link of the network entity. According to the present invention, the mobile node is attached to the access link of the network entity. Further, a router advertisement message is transmitted from the network entity to the mobile node, wherein the router advertisement message comprises a home network prefix and a mobile node identifier. Then, a home address of the mobile node is configured from the home network prefix by the mobile node, if the node identifier represents a node identifier of the mobile node. | 07-07-2011 |

| 20110083970 | PROCESS FOR PRODUCING METALLIC LEAD STARTING FROM DESULFURIZED PASTEL - The present invention relates to an electrolytic process for producing metallic lead starting from desulfurized lead pastel comprising the following operative phases: a) leaching the desulfurized pastel by putting it in contact with a solution comprising ammonium chloride, with the formation of a leach liquor and evolution of gaseous CO2; b) separating a first solid residue and a first clarified leach liquor from the leach liquor coming from phase a); c) leaching the solid residue separated in phase b) by putting it in contact with a solution comprising ammonium chloride and hydrogen peroxide; d) separating a second solid residue and a second clarified leach liquor from the leach liquor coming from phase c); e) joining the first clarified leach liquor coming from phase b) with the second clarified leach liquor coming from phase d) and forming a single solution; f) subjecting the solution leaving phase e) to electrolysis in a flow cell, with a current density ranging from 50 to 10,000 A/m2, said electrolysis resulting in the formation of a lead sponge. The present invention also relates to the relative desulfurization process of the pastel. | 04-14-2011 |
