20120137224Customizable and Measurable Information Feeds For Personalized Communication - A system and a method to provide a personalized feed to a user. Information regarding the user is obtained from the user via customization content. The customization content indicates various categories of content for the user to select from. In response to the user selecting his or her categories of interest, a feed personalization module selects content pieces whose associated categories match the user selected categories. The feed personalization module then provides a personalized feed including these content pieces to the user. The personalized feed is provided to the user via a unique identifier assigned to the user. Using the unique identifier, the user's actions with respect to the provided feed is tracked. The feed is further re-personalized according to the user's actions. The feed is also re-personalized based on an input from the user indicating the relevance of the feed to the user's interests.05-31-2012

20120125260System for Abating the Simultaneous Flow of Silane and Arsine - A system for abating a simultaneous flow of silane and arsine contained in an exhaust gas of DRAM processing chamber. The system includes a CVD abatement apparatus and a resin-type adsorber. The CVD abatement apparatus comprises an enclosure that defines a chamber for receiving the exhaust gas. The enclosure contains a plurality of removable substrates arranged as a series of baffles inside the enclosure. As the exhaust gas flows through the CVD abatement apparatus, the silicon within the silane is deposited as a film upon the substrates by chemical vapor deposition. The arsine continues to flow through the CVD apparatus to the adsorber where it is adsorbed by the resin contained therein. After the film has reached a particular thickness, the substrates can be removed from the enclosure, cleaned of the film and returned to the enclosure for further use.05-24-2012

20090134898Coaxial Spring Probe Grounding Method - The present invention provides a spring probe array for use in a semiconductor test fixture wherein the spring probes provide electrical continuity between a device under test and a test system. The array includes a spring probe retaining device with sockets for supporting spring probes. Fixed within the retaining device are a plurality of signal spring probes and a plurality of ground spring probes. A grounding board is fixed internal and captive to the spring probe retaining device and provides a common grounding connection between coaxial spring probes and adjacent non-coaxial spring probes in the spring probe retaining device.05-28-2009
20090302877Reduced Ground Spring Probe Array and Method for Controlling Signal Spring Probe Impedance - A reduced ground spring probe array and a method for controlling the impedance of the signal spring probes in the reduced ground spring probe array. Signal spring probes are positioned in a row-column format across the surface of the spring probe tower. Ground spring probes are positioned in a row/alternating-column format across the surface of the spring probe tower such that one ground probe is positioned between two or more signal probes. In doing so, a void space exists for every other ground probe column such that one or more signal lines may be routed within the void space or the array may be compressed to establish a smaller overall spring probe tower footprint.12-10-2009

20080229834Method And Apparatus For Inspecting A Workpiece With Angularly Offset Ultrasonic Signals - A method and apparatus are provided to identify unacceptable levels of porosity, microcracking or defects attributable to thermal damage. Ultrasonic signals are introduced into the workpiece, such as by means of an ultrasonic transmitter. The ultrasonic signals propagate along a predefined axis of propagation oriented at an offset angle relative to a predefined reference direction oriented normal to the workpiece. Backscattered signals are received, such as by an ultrasonic receiver, from the workpiece. A measure representative of the cumulative energy of the backscattered signals received over a predefined time interval is then determined, such as integration performed by a processing element. An anomalous response may then be detected based upon the measure representative of the cumulative energy of the backscattered signals. This anomalous response may be representative of at least a predefined amount of porosity, microcracking or thermal damage.09-25-2008

20080295979INDEPENDENTLY OPERABLE SECURE VENTILATING GARAGE DOOR - An invention is provided for an independently operable ventilating security garage door system. The invention includes a ventilating security garage door that is permeable to light and air, and is wider than the existing garage door. The system also includes a plurality of ventilating security garage door rails that allow the ventilating security garage door to move between open and closed positions. Each rail is disposed to an outside of an existing garage door rail. Connected to the ventilating security garage door via cables is a rear torsion assembly, which is disposed behind the ventilating security garage door. In operation, the rear torsion assembly provides torque to assist in opening and closing the ventilating security garage door.12-04-2008
