20090071827METHOD AND APPARATUS TO REDUCE FALSE POSITIVE AND FALSE NEGATIVE IDENTIFICATIONS OF COMPOUNDS - A method, computer program medium, and system for analyzing a protein sample that obtains a mass spectrum of the derived peptides, and determines from the mass spectrum a first set of peptide identifications for the peptides. In the method, computer program medium, and system, incorrect identifications can be filtered from the first set of peptide identifications by removal from the first set those peptide identifications ascertained to be false identifications; and the filtered first set can be filtered to generate a second set of the peptide identifications corresponding to the protein sample.03-19-2009

20080301128METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR SEARCHING FOR DIGITAL ASSETS - A method of presenting digital assets in response to a search query by a user to locate at least one digital asset from a database of digital assets is described. Each digital asset has at least one keyword associated with it, and each associated keyword is part of a hierarchical organization of keywords. A first set of digital assets that have associated keywords equivalent to the search query is identified as well as suggested keywords that have e.g., an ancestor, descendant or sibling relation to the search query. The digital assets and the suggested keywords are presented to the user. The user selects a suggested keyword, and a second set of digital assets that have associated keywords equivalent to the suggested keyword is identified.
