20080279994METHOD FOR REDUCING ACRYLAMIDE FORMATION IN THERMALLY PROCESSED FOODS - A method for reducing the amount of acrylamide in thermally processed foods. This invention permits the production of foods having significantly reduced levels of acrylamide. The method relies on the manipulation of various unit operations used in the production of food products, particularly the peeling, cooking, and rejecting unit operations. For example, the peeling unit operation can be modified to provide a more fully peeled potato slice. The cooking unit operation can be modified by cooking to higher moisture and/or at lower hot oil temperatures to minimize the high-temperature/low-moisture conditions most favorable for acrylamide formation. The rejection unit operation can be modified to reject defects that result in high levels of acrylamide.11-13-2008

20120030107Generation And Use Of Transaction Records With Imaging - Systems and methods for generating transaction records with imaging are described. Data representative of a transaction of a user may be received and a transaction record for the transaction may be generated. A user request to withdraw an amount of monetary funds from an account associated with the transaction may be received. At least one captured image of the user during the transaction may be associated with the transaction record. Monetary funds from the account in the amount requested by the user may be outputted, and the transaction record may be stored in a database. Upon determining the amount of monetary funds requested for withdrawal exceeds a first threshold, at least one image of the user may be captured, and a copy of the at least one captured image of the user or a link to the at least one captured image may be stored in the transaction record.02-02-2012

In accordance with embodiments herein disclosed, international financial payment requests are pooled together based on currency type and payment time requirements to provide for better exchange rates.08-19-2010
20100211499SYSTEMS, METHODS AND COMPUTER PROGRAM PRODUCTS FOR OPTIMIZING ROUTING OF FINANCIAL PAYMENTS - Systems, methods, and computer program products are provided for optimizing routing of financial payments by determining routing on a per-payment transaction basis based on one or more routing rules. The routing rules take into account payment factors such as, but not limited to, cost of payment processing, time for payment processing, risk/quality of payment processing, remittance requirements and/or the destination of the payment. From the payor or payee perspective, payor-defined or payee-defined payment attributes associated with these or other payment factors can be predefined in a payor/payee profile or dynamically defined proximate to the time at which the payment request is initiated. In this regard, present embodiments serve to create a payment process that is beneficial, in terms of cost, timeliness, quality and the like, to both the payor, the payee and financial institution handling payment processing.08-19-2010
20110208588FINANCIAL TRANSACTION DATA PROFILE - Embodiments of the invention include a method of developing a financial transaction data profile. Financial instruments are received as images, where the financial instruments include transactional data. The transactional data is extracted from the financial instruments and uploaded to a computer. The transactional data is organized so that the transactional data is grouped into categories. The categories are stored for presentation to the user in a financial transaction profile.08-25-2011
20110213724COMMUNITY HUB REVIEW - The business review application provides a customer with a bank-hosted business review platform that provides an advertising and feedback service for the bank's business customers and provides a rating, review, feedback, and recommendation service for the bank's individual and business customers. Thus, the bank's customers can rate and review the bank's business customers. The bank uses its authentication systems used by its customers to access online banking services to authenticate the identity of the customer creating a business review in the business review platform. In some embodiments, the business review application only permits its customers to make one review of a business within a certain period of time or one review after a transaction with that business shows up in the customer's transaction information maintained by the bank. In this way, the bank can host a review platform that is much more accurate and trust-worthy than traditional business review platforms.09-01-2011
20110251956SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CORRESPONDENT BANK CUSTOMER ATM TRANSACTION PROCESSING - Systems and methods provide the customer of a correspondent bank, having a pre-arranged relationship with an ATM bank to use the ATM bank's ATM network, with the opportunity to deposit funds via check or cash using the ATM bank's ATM network. A correspondent bank profile and/or individual customer profiles are created and stored on the ATMs of the ATM bank and/or the backend system. The correspondent bank customer initiates a transaction with an ATM on the ATM network, is authenticated, and the ATM determines the customer is a customer of the correspondent bank. Based thereon, the ATM offers the customer the option to perform a deposit transaction. The ATM bank clears the deposited funds and sends transaction information to the correspondent bank including MICR data, check image, and transaction information. The transaction is settled through a demand deposit account owned by the correspondent bank and maintained by the ATM bank.10-13-2011

20110146179MOLDED PANEL SIMULATING MULTIPLE BOARDS - A unitary molded panel simulates the appearance of a plurality of boards. A body of molded material has a plurality of elongated board elements each with a top face, a pair of opposed end faces, and a pair of opposed side edges. The end faces define a thickness of the board elements. The board elements are parallel to one another and spaced apart so as to define a width of the body. Connection elements each extend between and interconnect the side edges of adjacent board elements. The connection elements provide the only connection between adjacent board elements. Each connection element has a pair of opposed ends and an upper surface extending between the ends. The entirety of the upper surface of each connection element is spaced below the upper plane. Each of the ends is spaced inwardly from the end faces of the adjacent board elements.06-23-2011
