20100057128ANTERIOR CERVICAL INSTRUMENTATION SYSTEMS, METHODS AND DEVICES - Anterior cervical instrumentation systems, methods, and devices are disclosed. Systems may facilitate immobilizing or providing support for the cervical portion of the vertebral column of a patient. A device may comprise a plate having two channels located in a proximal to distal direction, and may further comprise at least one aperture. The device may further comprise attachment elements such as attachment cross-links and spacer cross-links, and fasteners. The plate and the attachment elements may be secured to the vertebrae by passing fasteners through apertures and channels. The length of the plate, position and number of the attachment cross-links, position and number of spacer cross-links and degree of movement may be intraoperatively selected by the surgeon to provide an optimal application and procedural outcome. Uniform components of the devices and systems allow for a more streamlined and simplified method of treating spinal conditions.03-04-2010

20100292734MULTI-LAYER OSTEOINDUCTIVE, OSTEOGENIC, AND OSTEOCONDUCTIVE CARRIER - A multi-layer osteogenic, osteoconductive and/or osteoinductive carrier device or system for applying an osteoinductive substance to a bone surface, and methods for making and using said carrier are disclosed. The multi-layer osteogenic carrier device can comprise a delivery layer comprising a porous material and an osteogenic material; and a support layer in communication with the delivery layer, the support layer capable of substantially conforming to an anatomical feature, wherein the support layer can hold the delivery layer in proximity to the anatomical feature. The multi-layer osteogenic carrier device can further comprise an adhesive layer capable of adhering the carrier to at least a portion of an anatomical feature, the adhesive layer in communication with at least a portion of the delivery layer. The carrier can be applied to and compressed to conform to the decorticated bone of a fusion site and kept in place by a rod clip attached to a spinal stabilization system. The carrier promotes fusion at least in part by providing an osteoinductive and osteoconductive substance at a target fusion site but also has the potential to be used with osteogenic material.11-18-2010

20100194172TEXTILE-ATTACHED DECK ASSEMBLY - A seating product comprising a seat deck assembly secured at opposite ends to a frame. The seat deck assembly comprises a seat deck. A textile border is disposed between at least one end of the seat deck assembly and the frame. The textile border is attached to the frame, thereby flexibly coupling the seat deck assembly thereto. Cushions, padding or an upholstered covering can complete embodiments of the seating product.08-05-2010
20110004371Adjustable Foundation for a Seating Unit - A seating unit that includes an adjustable foundation, a torque-inducing mechanism, and a base structure for interconnecting a backrest and a seat is provided. The adjustable foundation provides adjustable support for, and is controlled by, an occupant of the seating unit. The adjustable foundation includes extensible supports that each have a first and second end, and a frame assembly. The frame assembly includes a stationary member that is fixedly attached to the first ends and a drive bar that is configured to secure the second ends of the extensible supports such that longitudinal tension is generated upon rotating the drive bar with respect to the stationary member. The torque-inducing mechanism adjusts an angular position of the drive bar. In this capacity, the drive bar is configured to convert torque applied by the torque-inducing mechanism into a directional force that controls the longitudinal tension of the extensible supports.01-06-2011

20100092713SCREEN PROTECTOR AND METHOD OF USING SAME - A screen protector for use on a mesh screen in a screen printing process can include a layer of protective material such as a polyester film, and a pressure sensitive adhesive on a surface of the polymeric film for adhering the layer to the mesh screen. The screen protector supports the mesh screen and helps prevent premature fraying of the screen. The adhesive can be an acrylic based pressure sensitive adhesive that substantially retains its adhesion properties when in contact with ink. The protector remains substantially attached to the mesh screen when in contact with ink, and therefore no filler material is needed.04-15-2010
