| 20110213790 | METHOD FOR NOTIFYING A USER ABOUT A BROADCAST EVENT - A method for notifying a user about a broadcast event comprises the steps of receiving at a management center at least one user keyword; receiving at the management center an identifier of at least one user unit, said at least one user unit being linked to the user; in the management center, determining a set of broadcast data linked to broadcast events; forming a query containing data identifying at least a subset of the set of broadcast data and at least one user keyword; sending said query to a plurality of data sources; receiving at the management center a response to the query, the response indentifying at least one event; transmitting a notification containing an identifier of the at least one present or future event in said response and the identifier of the user unit so that the user unit may notify the user of the events in the response. | 09-01-2011 |

| 20080237241 | Cookware Exhibiting an Improved Scratch Resistance - A culinary article formed from a metal support and a non-stick coating deposited at least on the surface of the metal support constituting the interior of the culinary article, where the non-stick coating includes at least two coats based on fluorocarbonated resin, with one of these two coats, which covers at least the worked surface of the interior of the culinary article, being a discontinuous coat forming patterns. Any cross section of the culinary article, at least at its worked surface, has regular interruptions in the plane of the discontinuous coat, and each pattern has an area of at least 1 mm | 10-02-2008 |

| 20080275478 | Motor-Operated Gastric Banding Device Or Gastric Ring Comprising At Least One Misaligned Receiving Antenna For Power Supply, Remote Control And Data Transmission By Means Of Induction - A motorized gastric ring or “AGM” including a motor acting on a diameter of the ring and actuated by induction toward an integrated receiving antenna from at least one outer transmitting antenna, wherein the ring includes at least one receiving antenna, the at least one antenna being disoriented relative to a plane extending through the gastric ring, and integrated electronics adapted to substantially optimally use energy received. | 11-06-2008 |
| 20090028508 | OPTICAL CONNECTOR ASSEMBLY - The present solution relates to a system and method of an optical connector assembly for interconnecting two optical fibers. The optical connector assembly has a splice with a fiber conduit for holding bare ends of the two optical fibers together. Additionally, the optical connector has two corresponding ferrules. The two corresponding ferrules are for securing optical fibers and for aligning the bare end of an optical fiber into the splice without catching an edge. The method includes compressing along the longitudinal axis a first ferrule against the splice to force a guiding member of the first ferrule into a first aperture of the splice, thus opening a conduit of the splice at the first aperture. Once the optic fiber is inserted, the method includes releasing the compression along the longitudinal axis of the first ferrule against the splice to allow the splice to apply radial retention forces on fibers. A sheath to form a connector body of the optical connector assembly interconnects the ferrules. | 01-29-2009 |
