20090127279RIVET INJECTOR SYSTEM FOR AN AUTOMATIC RIVETING MACHINE - The rivet injector system includes a set of grasping spring-loaded rivet fingers which are mounted on a rivet ram portion of an automatic riveting machine. The rivet injector assembly receives a rivet from a feed tube into a chamber in the assembly. A stopper pin and a moveable forward end stop within the chamber are operated to hold the rivet axially, the rivet being supported on a rivet pad in the chamber. A tower portion of the injector assembly is slidably mounted to raise the rivet, forcing it between the spring-loaded rivet fingers, which firmly grasp the rivet. The forward end stop and the stopper pin are then retracted and the tower portion lowered, leaving the rivet grasped by the rivet fingers, permitting the rivet to be moved forwardly into a hole in the workpiece.05-21-2009

20100083787STEERING COLUMN COVER - A cover assembly for covering a steering column of a telescoping steering assembly is provided. The cover assembly includes a roller portion, a blind portion, and a clip portion. The roller portion is attached within a meter panel, and includes a rod mounted between a pair of tensioners. The blind portion includes a film that is attached at a proximal end to the rod, such that the film is wound and unwound around the rod. The rod is biased by the tensioners to pull the film in a wound direction. At a distal end, the film is attached to the clip portion. The clip portion engages a hook in the film and attaches the film to a steering base. As the steering column moves in a linear, telescoping manner, the film covers the steering column while remaining taut.04-08-2010

20100100437Suggesting and/or providing ad serving constraint information - Targeting information (also referred to as ad “serving constraints”) or candidate targeting information for an advertisement is identified. Targeting information may be identified by extracting topics or concepts from, and/or generating topics or concepts based on, ad information, such as information from a Web page to which an ad is linked (or some other Web page of interest to the ad or advertiser). The topics or concepts may be relevant queries associated with the Web page of interest, clusters, etc.04-22-2010
20110016188Email Conversation Management System - A system and method are disclosed for producing a list of conversations as the result of a search query. Messages are received and associated with a conversation. Each of the conversations has a respective conversation identifier and includes one or more messages. Messages, and related message information, are indexed for text searching and information about the message is stored in a memory to associate the message to its respective conversation identifier. The index can be searched to identify one or more messages relevant to a search query. At least some of the conversations to which the one or more messages belong are identified and produced as the search result.01-20-2011

20110145731SERVING CONTENT-RELEVANT ADVERTISEMENTS WITH CLIENT-SIDE DEVICE SUPPORT - A client-side application (such as a browser, a browser plug-in, a browser toolbar plug-in, etc. on an end user's computer) is used to support the serving of content-relevant ads to the client device. The client-side application may provide such support by sending document information (such as a document identifier, document content, content relevance information, etc.) to a content ad server. The client-side application may also be used to combine content of the document and the content-relevant ads. For example, the client-side application may combine content of the document and the ads in a window (e.g., in a browser window), may provide the ads in a window above, below, adjacent to a document window, may provide the ads in “chrome” of the browser, etc.06-16-2011
20110191309SERVING ADVERTISEMENTS BASED ON CONTENT - Advertisers are permitted to put targeted ads on page on the web (or some other document of any media type). The present invention may do so by (i) obtaining content that includes available spots for ads, (ii) determining ads relevant to content, and/or (iii) combining content with ads determined to be relevant to the content.08-04-2011

20100057879RETRIEVING AND SNOOZING CATEGORIZED CONVERSATIONS IN A CONVERSATION-BASED EMAIL SYSTEM - A method and system for processing messages includes receiving a plurality of messages directed to a user. Each of the plurality of messages is associated with a respective conversation and list of conversations is displayed in an order determined in accordance with second predefined criteria, as a set of rows, where each row corresponds to one of the listed conversations and includes at least a sender list, a conversation topic and a date/time value. A user is enabled to identify one or more conversations in the list of conversations, to mark the identified conversations as belonging to a particular category, and to display another list of conversations comprising conversations marked as belonging to the particular category. A user may cause a conversation to be removed from certain displays, but to become visible again after the passage of a certain amount of time or the occurrence of an event.03-04-2010
20100064017Labeling Messages of Conversations and Snoozing Labeled Conversations in a Conversation-Based Email System - A method system for labeling messages of conversations, where each conversation has a respective conversation identifier and comprises one or more messages sharing a common set of characteristics. A selected conversation has a plurality of messages associated with a first label. In response to an action specifying a second label to be associated with the selected conversation, the second label is associated with the messages of the selected conversation, such that the plurality of messages are each associated with both the first and second labels. An index entry for the second label is modified to account for the association of the second label with the messages. In some embodiments, a set of predetermined conditions is associated with the conversation; the first label is removed from the plurality of messages and is prevented from being automatically associated with newly received messages of the conversation until the predetermined conditions are satisfied.03-11-2010
20100281397Displaying Conversation Views in a Conversation-Based Email System - A method and system of processing messages is described that includes receiving a plurality of messages directed to a user, wherein each message has a unique message identifier. Each of the received messages is associated with a respective conversation to which it belongs. Each conversation includes a respective conversation identifier and a set of one or more messages which share a common set of characteristics that meet certain predefined criteria. A list of conversations to which the various messages belong is displayed in an order determined in accordance with other predefined criteria, such as ordering the conversations by the last date a message was received in a particular conversation. Each conversation is represented as a single item in the list. Other information displayed relating to the conversation includes labels, senders, date/time values, recipients, number of message in a conversation, and whether or not the conversation contains any unread messages.11-04-2010
20100293242Conversation-Based E-Mail Messaging - A method and system for searching messages is disclosed that includes searching a message repository to identify a plurality of conversations that each include at least one message that is relevant to a search query. Alternatively, conversations as a whole may be relevant to a search query rather than individual messages. Each of the plurality of the identified conversations includes one or more messages sharing a common set of characteristics that meet predefined criteria and a conversation identifier. A list of conversations is created representing at least a subset of the identified conversations and a conversation is selected from that list. In that selected conversation, first messages are differentiated from second messages which may differentiate portions of text or messages that are relevant to the search query from those that are not.11-18-2010
