20100095624Apparatus and Method for Joining Building Components - A joint apparatus and method of assembly is disclosed for connecting building components such as panels, door jamb assemblies, windows and other structures. The apparatus includes an engagement structure with retaining elements that couple building components without the need for mechanical fasteners. The retaining element may contain serrations on which an adhesive is applied before a panel or other building component is secured to the joint apparatus. Other building components such as hinge assemblies include coupling members with a flange. The slots along a retaining element allows coupling members to snap fit into the joint apparatus once a flange is secured into the slots in order to lock the components.04-22-2010
20110062735PROTECTIVE KICK STRIP - In one embodiment, a kickstrip assembly comprises a base plate having a length extending along a longitudinal axis, and comprising an upper segment having an upper edge and an upper lip, a lower segment having a lower edge and a lower lip, the upper lip and the lower lip defining a middle section. The assembly further comprises an insert formed from a flexible polymeric material and comprising a faceplate, an upper edge depending from the faceplate, and a lower edge depending from the faceplate, wherein the faceplate is dimensioned to fit within middle section of the base plate.03-17-2011

20090084361DIESEL FUEL INJECTION PRIMING SYSTEM - A fuel injection priming system includes a fuel supply line connected to a fuel supply rail. A plurality of piezoelectric fuel injectors are connected to the fuel supply rail. An injector return fuel line is connected to the fuel injectors and in communication with a fuel supply line via a diverter valve to allow pressure fuel from the high pressure fuel pump return line to pressurize the injector return fuel line to backfill the injectors during a priming operation. A fuel restriction device is in communication with the diverter valve to restrict fuel flow through the injector return line to provide sufficient backfill for the fuel injectors during the priming operation and to allow fuel to pass to the fuel tank from the injector return fuel line during normal operation.04-02-2009

20100152147Compositions Comprising Azelastine and Methods of Use Thereof - The present invention provides pharmaceutical compositions comprising azelastine, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or ester thereof including azelastine hydrochloride, and optionally one or more additional active agents. Preferred such compositions further comprise one or more pharmaceutically acceptable carriers or excipients that reduce the amount of post-nasal drip, and/or that minimize or mask the unpleasant bitter taste associated with post-nasal drip, of the compositions into the oral cavity, upon intranasal or ocular administration of the compositions. Especially effective excipients used in the compositions of the present invention are hypromellose as a viscosity modifier and sucralose as a taste-masking agent. The invention also generally relates to pharmaceutical compositions comprising one or more active pharmaceutical ingredients, such as azelastine or pharmaceutically acceptable salts or esters thereof including azelastine hydrochloride, particularly wherein the compositions are provided in unit dosage form. In certain embodiments, the invention provides such unit dosage pharmaceutical compositions comprising azelastine hydrochloride formulated for use as nasal sprays and/or ocular solutions or drops. The invention also provides methods of treating or preventing certain disorders, or symptomatic relief therefrom, by administering the compositions of the invention to a patient, e.g., for the symptomatic relief of a variety of allergic and non-allergic conditions, particularly conjunctivitis, sinusitis, rhinitis and rhinosinusitis. The compositions and methods of the present invention provide significant value in terms of patient acceptability, convenience, and compliance.06-17-2010
