| 20090012795 | METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR DYNAMIC CONDITIONAL INTERACTION IN A VOICEXML RUN-TIME SIMULATION ENVIRONMENT - A method and system for testing voice applications, such as VoiceXML applications, is provided. The system provides a run-time simulation environment for voice applications that simulates and automates user interaction. A user simulation script is provided in a customized mark-up language. The voice application is processed to derive a nominal output of the voice application. The user simulation script is processed to generate a simulated output for the voice application corresponding to the nominal output. Conditional logic may be applied to the nominal output to generate a simulated input in response thereto. The user simulation script is specified in a customized mark-up language having a set of one or more conditional tags and an internal variable for the nominal output of the voice application. | 01-08-2009 |

| 20090115162 | Pull-Rite - Pull-Rite is an add-on device that makes a tongue ball and hitch type trailer capable of being towed with a gooseneck connection. The preferred embodiment of the invention utilizes a U-shaped base frame having a ball hitch and a lower support crossbar, adjustable vertical rails, an upper crossbar, upper bars, and a vertical down bar with a slide-in gooseneck mount or a fifth wheel pin. To use the preferred embodiment of Pull-Rite, an individual attaches the lower support cross bar of the base frame to the rear of the A-frame of a trailer. The ball hitch on the base frame is then connected to the A-frame in the traditional manner. The vertical rails can then be maneuvered to the appropriate height for use with a given tow vehicle. The downward vertical bar is then attached to the tow vehicle using the slide-in gooseneck mount or a fifth wheel pin to allow the trailer to be easily and safely towed. | 05-07-2009 |

| 20090058640 | Tracking device - A tracking device includes a transmitting mechanism operably disposed one of within and on a first predetermined object for transmitting a signal. A first power source is operably connected to such first transmitting mechanism for supplying power to such first transmitting mechanism. A switch mechanism is disposed intermediate such transmitting means and such first power source for selectively turning such transmitting means on and off. A receiving mechanism is operably disposed one of within and on a second predetermined object for receiving such signal from such transmitting mechanism. An alarm mechanism is operably connected to such receiving mechanism such that when such receiving mechanism receives such signal from such transmitting mechanism such alarm mechanism will produce at least one of a predetermined sound, motion and visual display. A second power source is operably connected to such receiving mechanism and such alarm mechanism for supplying power thereto. | 03-05-2009 |

| 20100270803 | POWER SUPPLY SYSTEM - An irrigation power system is provided for use with a conventional irrigation conduit having water flow therethrough as a source of hydro energy. In order to convert the hydro energy of the water flow to electrical energy, a power generation module is provided along the irrigation conduit. The electrical energy provided by the power generation module is then provided to a power conditioner to alter the electrical energy to produce a predetermined current. The predetermined current is then sent to a storage device for later use. An irrigation system component then communicates with the storage device to receive electrical power for selective operation of the component. | 10-28-2010 |
