20090258595System and Method for Managing Applications and Media Content of a Wireless Communication Device - A method for a wireless communication system for providing media objects is described. Channels of media content are collected from at least one media provider. A list of the channels of media content is then stored. Next, the list of the channel of media content is provided to a remote device. Channel selections are then received from the remote device. Thereafter, the channels of media content corresponding to the channel selections are delivered to the remote device.10-15-2009
20090258683System and Method for Managing Applications and Media Content of a Wireless Communication Device - A wireless communication device for providing channel information is described. The wireless communication device comprises a housing having a first display and a second display, a memory configured to store a plurality of media objects that may be shown by the second display, and a processor coupled to the second display. The housing has a first position exposing the first and second displays and a second position covering the first display and exposing the second display. The processor is configured to change operation of the second display from one media object to another.10-15-2009

20090191925DEVICES AND METHODS FOR DATA TRANSFER DURING CHARGING OF A PORTABLE DEVICE - Described below are methods and devices to automatically effect data transfer, for example for backing up data of a device, between a mobile communication device and another device, upon detection by the mobile communication device of charging current received for example from a charger. When a charger or a charging current is detected, the mobile device detects what connectivity links, such as for example, USB, Bluetooth, and/or WiFi, are available between the mobile device and another device. An automated process selects an appropriate connectivity link and then initiates one or two-way transfer of data over the automatically selected connectivity link according to the data transfer rules set by the user or by a default mechanism or algorithm. In this manner backup and/or update of data may take place automatically upon connection of a user's mobile communication device to a source of charging current.07-30-2009

20090195021Work Vehicle Viewing System - A work vehicle is provided including a frame structurally carrying a cab structure having a brim including a plurality of viewing openings. The cab structure structurally carries a window in close proximity to the brim and is disposed above an operating viewing position. The window and brim are in viewing alignment from the operating viewing position. The window is sufficiently disposed within the cab structure for protection from vertically falling objects.08-06-2009
20090195022Protection Device For A Pivotable Cab Structure - A work vehicle includes a frame, a cab structure pivotably connected to the frame and an implement connected to the frame. A body is disposed between the cab structure and the implement to sufficiently limit pivotal movement of the cab structure with respect to the implement to prevent damage to the cab structure by the implement.08-06-2009
20090195023Seat Securing Apparatus - A work vehicle includes a frame, and a cab structure and a seat each pivotably connected to the frame. In response to the cab structure and seat being disposed in an operating position with the frame, the cab structure substantially prevents pivotable movement of the seat.08-06-2009
20090195024Adjustable Mounting Restraint Device - A work vehicle includes a frame, a cab structure connected to the frame and a seat connected to the frame. A substantially rigid restraining device of unitary construction is pivotably connected behind the seat to any one of the frame, the cab structure, or the frame and the cab structure. The pivotable connection between the restraining device and the frame and/or the cab structure is adjustable.08-06-2009
20090195025Tether Attachment For Seat Tilting - A work vehicle includes a frame, and a cab structure and a seat each pivotably connected to the frame. A mechanical interconnection is provided between the cab structure and a seat. In response to the cab structure pivoting away from the frame by a predetermined amount, the seat is urged to pivot away from the frame by the mechanical interconnection.08-06-2009
20090195026Gas Strut Mounting To Door handle - A door is provided. The door is pivotably connectable to a cab structure of a work vehicle and includes a handle secured to the door disposed for facilitating door closure against the cab structure from interior of the cab structure. Upon application of a door closure force to the handle, torsion forces applied to the door by the door closure force and a door opening device pivotably connected to the cab structure and to the door in close proximity to the handle, or pivotably connected to the cab structure and to the handle, as calculated at the device pivotable connection opposite the cab structure, are substantially eliminated.08-06-2009
20090196057Side Lights For Work Vehicles - A work vehicle is provided including a frame having a side and an end, the frame structurally carrying a cab structure having a brim. A housing is configured to receive a first light source and a second light source. The housing is structurally carried by the cab structure in close proximity to the brim and disposed above an operator's viewing position. The first light source provides illumination generally directed perpendicular to the end of the frame, the second light source providing illumination generally directed perpendicular to the side of the frame. The first and second light sources are sufficiently disposed within the cab structure for protection from vertically falling objects.08-06-2009
