20110001319DIAGNOSIS OF PITCH AND LOAD DEFECTS - The invention relates to a method, system and computer readable code for diagnosis of pitch and/or load defects of e.g. wind turbines as well as wind turbines using said diagnosis method and/or comprising said diagnosis system.01-06-2011
20110305568PITCH CONTROL OF A WIND TURBINE - A wind turbine control system suitable for minimising actuation of pitch actuators is disclosed. The control system uses an error gain schedule in full load control for reducing pitch actuation when the difference between the rotor speed and the reference rotor speed is not critical for the load of wind turbine components. The error gain schedule may be a nonlinear function which reduces the gain for low rotor speed errors. The use of the error gain schedule may reduce wear of the pitch actuators and may improve reduction of structural oscillations since focus removed from tracking the rotor speed reference when the speed error is low.12-15-2011

20120013611System and Method for Visualizing Multi-Dimensional Data Using Shape Attributes - There is provided a method and system for visualizing multi-dimensional data on a user interface of a computing device, each dimension of the data having a plurality of values defining the associated values of the data for the dimension. The method comprises receiving mapping information defining at least one mapping between each potential dimension of the data to a corresponding shape attribute. The method further comprises generating, for each dimension of the data, a plurality of visual markers in response to varying a pre-defined visual characteristic of the corresponding shape attribute from a baseline shape for the characteristic, the plurality of visual markers configured for representing the dimension values of the dimension and each of the visual markers varying a pre-defined measure from the baseline shape and defining, for each dimension of the data, a link between each visual marker associated with the corresponding shape attribute with each potential dimension value of the plurality of dimension values, the link defined in response to pre-defined criteria. The method further comprises representing each dimension value of each dimension of the multi-dimensional data with the linked visual marker and concatenating the plurality of visual markers corresponding to each of the different dimensions of the multi-dimensional data and associated dimension values to form a singular visual object for visualizing the multi-dimensional data and associated dimension values.01-19-2012
