20090165421CLIP FOR JOINING REINFORCED MEMBERS FOR USE IN REINFORCED CONCRETE SLABS AND/OR COLUMNS - A clip for joining reinforcing members for use in reinforced concrete slabs and/or columns includes a first wire member having an upper mid-portion and pair of legs, each of the legs having a hook portion adapted to wrap around a lower surface of a first reinforcing member. A second wire member has a lower mid-portion and a handle portion, the lower mid-portion sized to seat on an upper surface of a second reinforcing member. Each end of the lower mid-portion extends outward, wrapping around an outer portion of the upper mid-portion of the first wire member at least once, and extending parallel to the second reinforcing member to form the handle portion.07-02-2009
20090288586ADJUSTABLE KEEL FOR A SAILBOAT - A sailboat, which include an extendable keel having a moveable inner member positioned within a fixed keel and a control system for lowering or retracting the inner member.11-26-2009
20100065104RETRACTABLE SOLAR PANEL SYSTEM - A solar panel system, which includes a plurality of solar panels; a support structure comprised of a track system adapted to receive a plurality of solar panels; and a system for extending and retracting the plurality of solar panels.03-18-2010
20110162317CLIP FOR JOINING REINFORCED MEMBERS FOR USE IN REINFORCED CONCRETE SLABS AND/OR COLUMNS - A clip for joining reinforcing members, which includes a first pair of legs, each of the legs of the first pair of legs having a portion having a curvature thereto and adapted to wrap around a lower surface of a first reinforcing member; a second pair of legs, each of the legs of the second pair of legs having an inner surface adapted to exert a force against at least a portion of a side surface of a second reinforcing member, and a mid-portion, which connects the first pair of legs to the second pair of legs.07-07-2011

20100106140ASSAY CATHETER WITH PRESSURE MONITORING - An apparatus adapted to position a functional device tip, such as a sensor, in a body site having both fluid and non-fluid tissue components, in a manner that substantially mitigates the impingement of non-fluid tissue impingement on the device tip. One such apparatus can be used to both remove fluid from a tissue site, such as a site exhibiting tissue swelling, and to determine tissue pressure, using a single catheter. An apparatus can provide a pressure sensor that is adapted to be positioned and used within the tissue site itself, without substantial impingement by non-fluid tissue, and optionally also provides the ability to concurrently remove and/or deliver fluids or components thereof to or from the tissue site.04-29-2010

20090193304Apparatus and Method for Isolating Portions of a Scan Path of a System-on-Chip - The invention includes an apparatus and method for dynamically isolating a portion of a scan path of a system-on-chip. In one embodiment, an apparatus includes a scan path and control logic. The scan path includes at least a first hierarchical level, where the first hierarchical level includes a plurality of components, and a second hierarchical level having at least one component. The second hierarchical level is adapted for being selected and deselected such that the second hierarchical level is active or inactive. The control logic is adapted to filter application of at least one control signal to the at least one component of the second hierarchical level in a manner for controlling propagation of data within the second hierarchical level independent of propagation of data within the first hierarchical level. In one embodiment, when the second hierarchical level is deselected, the control logic prevents data from being propagated within the second hierarchical level while data is propagated within the first hierarchical level. In one embodiment, the second hierarchical level may be used for independent, parallel testing while data continues to be propagated through the first hierarchical level.07-30-2009
20090193306APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING DYNAMIC MODIFICATION OF A SCAN PATH - The invention includes an apparatuses and associated methods for controlling dynamic modification of a testing scan path using a control scan path. In one embodiment, an apparatus includes a testing scan path and a control scan path. The testing scan path includes testing components and at least one hierarchy-enabling component. In one embodiment, the control scan path includes at least one control component coupled to the at least one hierarchy-enabling component for controlling dynamic modification of the testing scan path. In one embodiment, the control scan path includes the at least one hierarchy-enabling component, wherein the at least one hierarchy-enabling component is adapted for dynamically modifying the testing scan path using the control scan path. The dynamic modification of the testing scan path may include modifying a hierarchy of the testing scan path, such as selecting or deselecting one or more hierarchical levels of the testing scan path.07-30-2009
