20100159169WIDENING DEVICE, OBJECT LABELED BY A WIDENING DEVICE FOR LABEL SLEEVES AND METHOD FOR LABELLING OBJECTS - The invention discloses a widening device and a method for applying label sleeves on objects. The inner diameter of the label sleeve is smaller than a diameter of a perimeter of the objects on which the label sleeve is to be applied. The widening device had four articulated widening jaws which engage an inner surface of the label sleeve. The third widening jaw and the fourth widening jaw are movably arranged between the first widening jaw and the second widening jaw. An articulated support carries the third widening jaw and the fourth widening jaw, wherein the articulated support is made up of a first and a second movable lever.06-24-2010

20080237511Pneumatic Retarder Actuator Valve - The present invention pertains to an electro-pneumatic retarder control (EPRC) valve for a pneumatic retarder that controls the speed of railroad cars in a marshaling yard. The EPRC valve has a housing that generally encloses and protects its various components. The housing has a lid that can be opened to gain access to a control panel mounted on an interior door. The control panel includes a display, keyboard and programmable logic controller or PLC module that can be adjusted to set the desired pressure levels of the retarder. The EPRC valve has a modular pressure control assembly that includes an intake and exhaust manifold, a retarder supply and return manifold and several interchangeable control lines formed by like-shaped control valves and components. A pilot air control assembly enables the PLC module to selectively open and close the control valves and lines to deliver or release pressurized air to the retarder.10-02-2008

20120090889SPHERICAL CAP FOR HIGH-VOLTAGE OUTGOING LINES IN OIL TRANSFORMERS - The disclosure relates to a spherical cap for a high-voltage outgoing line, including an electrically conductive element, which is arranged hollow-cylindrically about a rotational axis and which merges into a hemispherical form at its first axial end. A connection device has a passage opening for electrically and mechanically connecting the element, to an electrical screening pipe. At least two insulation barriers are spaced apart from one another and respectively adapted to the form of the hollow-cylindrical element and enclose the latter at a respective first and second distance. The insulation barriers respectively have a pipe attachment connector for leading through a screening pipe to the connection device. The connection device has a first part for connection to a screening pipe and a second part connected to the conductive element and a connection adjustable in a force-locking manner is provided between the first and second parts.04-19-2012

20080196186Lint Patch - Portable disposable lint and particle removers - A lint removal apparatus containing a tabbed end or ends on any side so a user to grip and hold the apparatus. One side of the apparatus contains an adhesive side that is protected by a backing. The backing must be removed by the user prior to using the apparatus. Once the backing is removed, a small portion of the backing will remain so that user can easily grip the apparatus. While gripping the apparatus, the user may remove lint by pressing the exposed adhesive side of the apparatus against the desired area containing lint or other particles to be removed. The apparatus is a small, durable, portable, economic, practical and be used by all individuals regardless of physical size.08-21-2008
