20080264760VIBRATORY FEEDER - A vibratory feeder has a generally horizontal disk centered on an upright axis and extending angularly from an intake to a downwardly open outlet. A linear guide forms a plurality of straight tracks extending substantially parallel to one another upstream in the direction from the outlet. A multiplicity of small objects are deposited onto the disk at the intake, and the disk is angularly oscillated to transport the objects in a travel direction from the intake to the linear guide and thence in straight lines along the tracks into the outlet.10-30-2008
20090133362SYSTEM FOR INDIVIDUALIZED FILLING OF BLISTERS OF BLISTER PACKS - Blister packs each having a plurality of pockets with individualized assortments of small objects are filled by fitting to each of a plurality of shuttles a respective such blister pack and circulating the shuttles around an annular track through a plurality of filling machines. Each machine has a plurality of supplies each holding a bulk quantity of small objects of a respective type, respective feeders each receiving the objects of a respective supply and advancing same one at a time to a respective picking location, and respective pickers. A memory of each shuttle is programmed with data regarding the intended contents of the pockets of the respective blister pack, and in each of the machines, the memories of the shuttles are read as they pass through the respective filling machine. The respective pickers are operated to move small objects from the feeders to the pockets in accordance with the data for the respective blister pack.05-28-2009
20090255832Childproof Package - A childproof package includes a package housing, two guide recesses, which are formed in an area of an inside surface of the package housing, and a sliding element for a package content. The sliding element has two projections on its top or bottom surface, which are guided in the guide recesses. Further, the childproof package has a spring element arranged between the package housing and the sliding element. The projections can be latched by the elastic force of the spring element in notches, which extend from the guide recesses and branch off from it, and can be released against the elastic force of the spring element so that the projections are returned to the guide recesses.10-15-2009

20100318215DEVICE AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING THE TRANSPORTATION OF AN OBJECT TO A RECEIVING UNIT - A device and a method for controlling the transportation of an object, particularly a mail article to a receiving unit. The device includes an image recording device, a reader, a computer-available allocation table and a data-processing device with an output device and an input device. The image recording device generates a computer-available image. The reader decodes the receiver identification by using the image from the image recording device. The allocation table has in each case one record with an identification of the receiver for a set of possible receivers and a code of a receiving unit for an object. The data-processing device selects a record in the allocation table by using a decoding result from the reader and outputs the receiving unit code of this record on the output device in a form perceptible by a person. During this process, a computer-available selection list is generated, the selection list including each receiver identification of an identified record.12-16-2010
