20090106010TECHNIQUE FOR DIGITAL CIRCUIT FUNCTIONALITY RECOGNITION FOR CIRCUIT CHARACTERIZATION - A method and system of digital circuit functionality recognition for circuit characterization is disclosed. In one embodiment, a method for determining the valid arcs includes receiving a truth table including state information associated with input pins and their associated output pins in the digital circuit. Valid arcs are then determined based on whether a change in each of the input pins causes a change in associated one of the output pins using the received truth table. A first arc table is then formed using state information associated with substantially the determined valid arcs. Redundant arcs are then identified in the first arc table using the associated state information. A second arc table is then formed by removing the state information associated with the redundant arcs from the first arc table.04-23-2009
20090150835 TECHNIQUE FOR GENERATION OF LOAD-SLEW INDICES FOR CIRCUIT CHARACTERIZATION - A method and system for generation of low-slew indices for circuit characterization are disclosed. In one embodiment, a method for automatically generating a subset of sampling points from a set of load and slew points for circuit characterization includes iteratively obtaining sampling points such that error between an actual value and an interpolated intermediate value is below or equal to a threshold error value. The subset of sampling points is then formed from the iteratively obtained sampling points.06-11-2009

20080226751PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION CONTAINING NITRATE SOURCE AND AN ACIDIFYING AGENT FOR TREATING SKIN ISCHAEMIA - The use of acidified nitrate as an agent to produce local production of nitrate oxide at the skin surface is described in the treatment of peripheral ischaemia and associated conditions. The dosage form may be in any pharmaceutically acceptable carrier means and comprises an acidifying agent adapted to reduce the pH at the environment. A barrier consisting of a membrane allows diffusions of the nitrate ions while preventing direct contact of the skin and acidifying agent. Amongst the many potential applications for the invention is the management of chronic skin wounds, peripheral ischaemia conditions such as Raynaud's phenomenon. Compositions and methods of use for these applications are described.09-18-2008
20090036491Transdermal pharmaceutical delivery compositions - A pharmaceutically delivery system and method of use therefor are described comprising a pharmaceutically active agent and acidified nitrite as an agent to produce local production of nitric oxide at the skin surface. The dosage form may be in any pharmaceutically acceptable carrier means and comprises an acidifying agent adapted to reduce the pH at the environment. In one embodiment, a barrier consisting of a membrane allows diffusions of the anaesthetic and nitrite ions while preventing direct contact of the skin and acidifying agent.02-05-2009
20100015253Treatment of nail infections with no - Nitrogen oxide generating compositions are useful in the treatment of subungual infections, as NO has surprisingly been found to be able to penetrate the nail to exert an anti-fungal effect.01-21-2010

20110022325Methods and Apparatus for Measuring the Contents of a Search Volume - A method of measuring the contents of a search volume. The method includes: energising one or more transmitters so as to transmit electromagnetic wave energy into the search volume; detecting the effect of the search volume on the passage of the electromagnetic wave energy by recording two or more signals, each signal being associated with a different propagation path (typically either a monostatic or bistatic path) within the search volume; aligning the signals in order to generate two or more aligned signals which are synthetically focused on a desired voxel in the search volume, each aligned signal being associated with a different propagation path (typically either a monostatic or bistatic path) within the search volume; calculating a quality factor by processing the aligned signals to generate two or more data values, and processing the data values to generate a quality factor, the quality factor being indicative of a degree of coherence in the aligned signals; summing the aligned signals to generate a summed signal; and processing the summed signal to generate an output which is indicative of the internal structure of the search volume at the location of the desired voxel, the output varying in accordance with the quality factor.01-27-2011

20090122769NETWORK NODE - A technology is disclosed for efficiently and effectively conveying location and mobility related information about a mobile node to the network in order to facilitate Location and mobility related functions and services. According to this technology, in order to detect location and mobility (for example, movement velocity) of the mobile node, dissemination of information including the identification information of the mobile node and the count metric indicating the distance to the mobile node is performed among adjacent network nodes. The network node, upon receiving this message, stores the information in the message, and generates a new count metric by decreasing the count metric. The network node then sends the message including the identification information of the mobile node and this newly generated count metric to the other network nodes. For example the network node determines the priority of resource reservation for each mobile node based on the count metric of each mobile node.05-14-2009
