20100029602LOW-DOSE MOMETASONE FORMULATIONS - Provided is a topical cream composition for the delivery of mometasone furoate comprising low dose mometasone furoate for the treatment of corticosteroid responsive dermatoses. The composition of the present invention can be safely applied over large surface areas of the skin (including areas with wrinkles and/or hair), and can be used therapeutically for extended periods of time (e.g., greater than 3 weeks). Treatment with the composition of the present invention carries reduced and/or fewer side effects compared with commercially available mometasone furoate cream products. The cream composition of the present invention is safe for the use of babies and infants under 2 years old. Additionally provided are methods of preparing and using the composition of the invention.02-04-2010

20120036491Constraint Programming Based Method for Bus-Aware Macro-Block Pin Placement in a Hierarchical Integrated Circuit Layout - Assigning pins to macro-blocks of an Integrated Circuit (IC) chip is described. The macro-block pin assignments are automatically placed using Constraint Programming (CP) techniques to position the pins on the periphery of a macro-block. Bus-ordering and pin-spacing constraints are performed considering all the nets forming the IC design simultaneously. The CP formulation includes modeling detailed and discrete constraints required to achieve an optimal pin-assignment. A stochastic CSP solver is used to define the cost function on search points giving full assignments to all the variables. The macro-block pins are ultimately moved to computed locations.02-09-2012

20110224817AUTOMATICALLY SOLVING A TRUCK CONFIGURATION PROBLEM - A truck configuration satisfying a truck configuration problem is automatically determined. The truck configuration problem is transformed to a target function, outputting values indicative of configurations satisfying the truck configuration problem. Stochastic local search methods are applied on the target function to determine the truck configuration. Preprocessing may be performed to improve efficiency, performance or the like of the stochastic local search methods. The truck configuration problem may be obtained from several sources, which may be independent of one another.09-15-2011

20100036484LOW PROFILE TRANSCATHETER HEART VALVE - An implantable prosthetic valve, according to one embodiment, comprises a frame, a leaflet structure, and a skirt member. The frame can have a plurality of axial struts interconnected by a plurality of circumferential struts. The leaflet structure comprises a plurality of leaflets (e.g., three leaflets arrange to form a tricuspid valve). The leaflet structure has a scalloped lower edge portion secured to the frame. The skirt member can be disposed between the leaflet structure and the frame.02-11-2010

20090248748Method and System for Applying Beauty Treatments to an Individual by Generalizing Their Features - Method, process, and apparatus for beautifying an individual. The method relates to fitting the perfect cut, color, style, makeup and dress to an individual using five pillars based on the outer and inner lines of a person. The first pillar includes determining information about the individual's body shape and head and body proportions. Next, in the second pillar, information is determined about the bone structure of the individual's head. The third pillar includes determining information about the individual's fabric of hair. The fourth pillar includes determining information about the individual's grade of sensitivity. The fifth pillar includes determining information about the individual's face shape. Once the information is gathered about the individual, the stylist can choose the right type of cut, color, style, makeup and dress to administer to the individual. Furthermore, the stylist can prescribe treatment, protection and tools that can be used on the individual's hair.10-01-2009
