20090054768Method and apparatus for voice recording with ultrasound imaging - An ultrasound system comprises a probe for acquiring ultrasound data associated with a patient and a microphone detecting audio. The system further comprises a processor module and a memory. The processor module is configured to receive the ultrasound data from the probe and processes the ultrasound data to form an image file. The processor module is further configured to receive the audio from the microphone and forms a voice recording file based on the received audio. The memory stores the image file and the voice recording file, and the processor module automatically associates the image file and the voice recording file with each other.02-26-2009

20090293214DRAIN CLOG REMOVER AND SHAFT USABLE THEREWITH - An apparatus for removing drain clog material from a drain pipe assembly. The assembly has: (a) a container, and (b) a shaft. The container defines a reservoir adapted to receive a drain cleaning composition. The container also has an outlet. The shaft is attached to the outlet of the container and is in fluid communication with the container. The shaft also has an X-direction, a Y-direction perpendicular thereto, and a Z-direction perpendicular to both the X- and Y-directions, in addition to a plurality of barbs extending outwardly. The barbs have a force to remove of less than 20 lbs.; and a peak bend force of less than 4 lbs.12-03-2009
20100064895Dust Prevention And Removal Device - A device is provided that is capable of circulating air throughout a personal space as well as collecting and preventing the build up of dust and other particulate matter by drawing in air from the surrounding environment and removing some dust, allergens and other such particulate matter therefrom. The filtered air is then expelled out of the device and back into the surrounding environment. The device includes a housing defining an interior space having a motor and fan assembly disposed therein. The housing includes an inlet with a filter provided therein such that air drawn in through the inlet is filtered. The air is then expelled through a circumferentially disposed outlet. The filter element preferably includes a lock and key system configured to prevent operation of the device in the absence of a properly keyed filter.03-18-2010
20100132101DRAIN CLOG REMOVER - An apparatus for removing a clog from a drain pipe, the apparatus having: (a) a container comprising a product chamber; (b) a pressurization assembly in fluid communication with the inlet; (c) a shaft coupled to the container, the shaft comprising a proximal end and a distal end; and (d) projections extending outwardly from the shaft. The product chamber is adapted to receive a drain cleaning composition and the product chamber has an inlet and an outlet. The pressurization sub-assembly has a canister of pressurized fluid and an adapter coupled to the container and including a socket defining a receptacle configured to receive at least a portion of the canister. The shaft has an exterior surface sized for insertion into the drain pipe. The shaft also has a channel that provides fluid communication between the proximal end and the distal end.06-03-2010

20090217452Grab Bar Assembly - Grab rail assemblies are disclosed for mounting on walls, such as the tiled walls of a showering area or a mud room. The assemblies are designed to aesthetically meld with the surrounding environment by having a front tile mounting panel. They may also be provided with a drainage system to avoid water collecting long term within the rail when the rail is used in a shower.09-03-2009
20100102177SPRAYER SEATING ASSEMBLY - A sprayer seating assembly is disclosed for more securely docking a sprayer head to an escutcheon positioned on a countertop or the like. The escutcheon has a bore extending there through and a recess adjacent the bore. A sprayer head is linked to a supply hose and has a recess adjacent a base portion of the sprayer head. A flexible snap member is mounted in one of the recesses such that it can flex at least partially into the other of the recesses when the recesses are aligned. The escutcheon forms a rest seat for the sprayer head and the flexible snap member assists in removably retaining the sprayer head against the rest seat.04-29-2010
20100251476SLIDABLE SEAT ASSEMBLY FOR A BATHTUB - A seat assembly for sliding along opposing rims of a bathtub is disclosed. The seat assembly includes a seat member, a friction element affixed to the seat member so as to extend under the seat member, and a flexible slider affixed to the seat member so as to also extend under the seat member. The slider and friction element are positioned and configured so that in a first state, if the seat member is positioned on the opposing rims without additional weight on the seat member, the slider holds the friction element up off a rim while facilitating sliding of the seat member along a rim. In a second state, if the seat member is positioned on the opposing rims with a human weighing over 50 pounds sitting on the seat member, the friction element can contact the rim and thereby impede sliding of the seat member along a rim.10-07-2010
20100251477RIM OVERFLOW - A sink assembly provides an enhanced overflow system for an under-counter mountable sink. The sink has an overflow cutout with an open top formed adjacent an upper rim of the basin of the sink. When the sink is mounted to the bottom surface of a counter top, the sink and counter together form an overflow opening, thereby permitting the overflow to be more easily concealed and increasing the fill capacity of the sink. Methods of installing such sink assemblies are also disclosed.10-07-2010
