20080290678Hand tool for bundling plastic bags - The tool has a handle and two spaced-apart tines extending away from the handle. Each tine has an outer straight portion defined by a projection. Both tines define a slot extending there between and that slot has an elongated portion merging into a terminal circular opening. The terminal circular opening has a diameter similar to a width of a finger on an adult's hand, and extends beyond the length of the straight portions, toward the handle. The slot provides access to the core of a bundle formed on the tool for inserting a leading end of the bag into the core of the bundle from one direction. The circular opening provides access to the core of the bundle for inserting a trailing end of the bag into the core of the bundle, for tying the bundle.11-27-2008

20090183068ADAPTIVE COLUMN RENDERING - A system and method for rendering web page column widths in an adaptive manner for display on an electronic device. The system and method can display individual columns of a web page in a zoom-in view and can display web pages with multiple columns in a zoom-out view. Columns are adaptively rendered such that text in the columns is readable after zooming-in on the column. The system and method avoids the need for side-to-side scrolling of a column displayed in a zoom-in view and minimizes column narrowing.07-16-2009

20080317092Sensors and Temperature Measurement Apparatus - In general, a sensor for measuring a temperature of an air stream includes a sensing element for detecting temperature. The sensor also includes connection lines connected to the sensing element. The connection lines are configured to allow the air stream to circulate through the connection lines, capture heat of the air stream, and provide the heat to the sensing element.12-25-2008
20090133449Locking Sensor - A locking sensor for locking into the recess of a housing with a sensor body, of locking elements, that are arranged on the sensor body and that extend in the direction of a lengthwise axis over a length. The locking elements have steps and at least two steps are spaced apart from each other in the direction of the lengthwise axis.05-28-2009
20090184232Solar Sensor - The invention pertains to a solar sensor that includes a first modulator that is transparent to electromagnetic waves within a spectrum, and an additional modulator that is at best slightly transparent to the electromagnetic waves within the spectrum. The additional modulator features a belt-shaped region of varying widths that is arranged on the outside of the first modulator and partially covers the first modulator, and a photodetector that receives the electromagnetic waves and is covered by the first modulator.07-23-2009
20090207878Probe - A probe includes a sensing element and a carrier for the sensing element. The carrier has an integrated device for guiding an air stream to the sensing element, and a long axis perpendicular to a plane defined by the flow direction of the air stream. The probe is substantially symmetric with respect to the plane.08-20-2009
20120057617SENSOR ARRANGEMENT AND METHOD FOR PRODUCTION - A sensor arrangement has at least one sensor element with electrical connections. At least one sensor element is arranged in a solid plastic-material body, at least a first insulating layer, which encloses the sensor element, being arranged between the sensor element and the plastic-material body. The sensor element senses at least one physical property of a medium to be measured.03-08-2012
