20090071330METHOD AND SYSTEM OF OPERATING A TRANS-FILL DEVICE - A method and system of operating a trans-fill device. At least some of the illustrative embodiments are methods comprising generating an enriched gas stream from atmospheric air, and operating an intensifier which, when provided the enriched gas stream, produces a cylinder fill gas stream. The operating continues in the absence of the enriched gas stream being provided to the intensifier.03-19-2009
20090077859FISHING LURE WITH A MOVABLE HOOK - Fishing lure with movable hook. At least some of the illustrative embodiments are fishing lures comprising a substance more dense than water, a metallic wire disposed partially within the weight member (the metallic wire defines a first eyelet and a second eyelet with both the first and second eyelets external to the weight member), and a hook member. The hook member comprises a hook eyelet hooked directly to the second eyelet, and a hook portion coupled to the hook eyelet.03-26-2009
20100186741Method and System for Detecting Mouth Leak During Application of Positive Airway Pressure - A method and system for providing therapeutic gas to a patient during positive airway pressure ventilation and, more particularly, detecting the presence of a mouth leak during ventilation and, upon the detection of a mouth leak, reducing the applied pressure so as to reduce irritation and discomfort experienced by the patient. Respiratory air flow from a patient is measured in a waveform as a function of time. An approximate value of the root mean square voltage of the waveform is established during a period in which the patient is experiencing a mouth leak and a root mean square voltage of the waveform is established during a period in which the patient is experiencing an apneic event. The waveform is subsequently monitored and the rate of respiratory airflow is decreased when there is an indication of a mouth leak provided there is no indication of an apneic event.07-29-2010
20110120461TRANS-FILL METHOD AND SYSTEM - A trans-fill method and system comprising obtaining therapeutic gas from a therapeutic gas source, compressing the therapeutic gas from the therapeutic gas source in at least two stages to create an intermediate therapeutic gas stream and a high pressure therapeutic gas stream, supplying therapeutic gas to a patient from the intermediate therapeutic gas stream, and filling a cylinder with the therapeutic gas from the high pressure therapeutic gas stream substantially simultaneously with supplying therapeutic gas to the patient.05-26-2011

20090136999COMPOSITIONS AND METHODS FOR IMMUNOTHERAPY OF CANCER AND INFECTIOUS DISEASES - The present invention provides compositions and methods for the prevention and treatment of primary and metastatic neoplastic diseases and infectious diseases, for stimulating an immune response in a subject, and for use as an alternative to interleukin-12 (IL-12) treatment. In particular, the present invention provides Apicomplexa-related proteins (ARPs) that have immune stimulatory activity and thus have uses in the treatment and prevention of cancer and infectious diseases and in immune modulation. Compositions comprising an ARP are provided. Methods of use of an ARP for the prevention and/or treatment of cancer and/or infectious diseases, for use as an alternative to interleukin-12 (IL-12) treatment, and for eliciting an immune response in a subject, are also provided.05-28-2009
