20110287810Mobile Contact Notes - Systems and methods for managing contact information on mobile devices is provided. When a telephone call is initiated or received, a contact record associated with the call is accessed to determine if it includes notes to be displayed during the call. If there are notes to be displayed, they are displayed for the user during the call. Notes may include display tags indicating they should be displayed as well as action tags specifying actions to take for calls with the contact. An option to dismiss the note(s) can be provided, as well as an option to edit the note. When calls complete, the system provides options to the user to create and save a new note for the contact record. In some embodiments, the system provides options for the user to record audio from telephone conversations. The recording is translated to text and optionally stored in a contact record.11-24-2011

20100070877SEAMLESS CONVERSION OF ORDINARY EMAIL DATA INTO CALENDAR DATA - The claimed subject matter is directed to the conversion of ordinary email data into calendar data. Specifically, the claimed subject matter provides a method and system of an electronic communication message system that performs the creation of calendar events in a personal calendar application from electronic communication text. One embodiment of the claimed subject matter is implemented as a method for creating an electronic calendar event from a selected portion of text from electronic communication message. An electronic communication message is displayed to a user. A user selected portion of the text comprising the electronic communication message is received as input. A scheduling composition dialog is actuated based on the user selected portion, and a calendar event is created in a personal calendar application for the selected portion of the electronic communication message.03-18-2010

20090299433PACING SYSTEM ANALYZER HAVING THREE SENSING AND PACING CHANNELS - A pacing system analyzer (PSA) having three or more individually controllable sensing and pacing channels provides for testing and measurement during an operation for implanting a pacemaker having three or more sensing and pacing channels. The PSA allows control and adjustment of pacing parameters including cross-channel pacing parameters relating activities between any two of the three or more channels, such as atrioventricular and interventricular pacing delays. The PSA is also capable of, among other things, displaying real-time cardiac signals, measuring amplitude and slew rate of cardiac depolarizations, and measuring lead impedance for each of the sensing and pacing channels, as well as measuring time intervals between cardiac depolarizations in two different sensing and pacing channels. In one embodiment, the PSA includes individually controllable atrial, right ventricular (RV), and left ventricular (LV) sensing and pacing channels.12-03-2009

20090106021ROBUST TWO MICROPHONE NOISE SUPPRESSION SYSTEM - A system, method, and apparatus for separating speech signal from a noisy acoustic environment. The separation process may include directional filtering, blind source separation, and dual input spectral subtraction noise suppressor. The input channels may include two omnidirectional microphones whose output is processed using phase delay filtering to form speech and noise beamforms. Further, the beamforms may be frequency corrected. The omnidirectional microphones generate one channel that is substantially only noise, and another channel that is a combination of noise and speech. A blind source separation algorithm augments the directional separation through statistical techniques. The noise signal and speech signal are then used to set process characteristics at a dual input noise spectral subtraction suppressor (DINS) to efficiently reduce or eliminate the noise component. In this way, the noise is effectively removed from the combination signal to generate a good qualify speech signal.04-23-2009

20110004358SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR ELECTRIC VEHICLE POWER FLOW MANAGEMENT - A system and methods that enables power flow management at the local level. A power flow manager can coordinate the charging activities of electrical devices, such as electric vehicles. Power flow decisions may based on the site-level information. In addition, power flow management strategies may be optimized. An optimizer can choose a power flow management strategy and electrical devices for implementing a strategy. In the event of a system failure, power spikes may be avoided by using safe failure modes to provide that the charging activities be coordinated in a predictable and non-disruptive manner. The cost of providing power may be reduced using generation stacks of power production. As such, the total daily cost of providing energy generation may be minimized.01-06-2011
