20090268376ELECTROLYTES AND CAPACITORS - An electrolyte for use in a capacitor. The electrolyte comprising a solvent; a salt comprising a first anion and a first cation; and an additive. The additive is provided in a sufficient quantity to modify a voltage differential across an electric double layer associated with at least one electrode of said capacitor such that said voltage differential is closer to a predetermined voltage breakdown limit for the electrolyte and said at least one electrode than a voltage differential across an electric double layer associated with said at least one electrode and a further electrolyte comprising said solvent and said salt but no additive. A capacitor comprising first and second electrodes and the aforementioned electrolyte. Methods for optimising an electrolyte for use in a capacitor and manufacturing optimised capacitor systems are also presented.10-29-2009

20080269544Snooze Ezz - Snooze Ezz is a device to aid an individual in sleeping while in a seated position. One embodiment of the invention utilizes a chin cup, adjustable straps with hangers, quick release clips and ear pads. Other embodiments of the invention may include earplugs on the adjustable straps. Still other embodiments of the invention may utilize velcro hook and loop arrangements instead of hangers. To use the preferred embodiment of Snooze Ezz, a user would simply attach the hangers to a seatback or other suitable location. He would then slip his head between the adjustable straps and position the chin cup under his chin. The individual can also slip the ear pads and/or earplugs on to block out light or noise.10-30-2008
