| 20090179050 | SYSTEM AND PRODUCT FOR TINTING CAULKING - In a method for tinting caulking, a quantity of caulking is sealed within and toward one end of an elongate, pliable casing. The unfilled portion of the casing is then unsealed, and a quantity of tinting agent, such as paint, is introduced into the casing, which is then resealed. The caulking and tinting are then intermixed by manual kneading of the casing until the caulking has acquired a desired color. The sealed end of the filled portion of the casing is then unsealed, the casing is inserted into a caulking cartridge with the filled portion disposed toward the nozzle end of the cartridge, and a slidable plug is inserted into the cartridge. The cartridge may is then loaded in a conventional caulking gun, which upon actuation urges the plug against the casing so as to force the tinted caulking out of the unsealed casing and through the cartridge nozzle. | 07-16-2009 |

| 20100101813 | Agricultural implement having forward folding wing booms - An agricultural implement includes a hitch boom to which a pair of wing booms is pivotably connected. The wing booms are designed to fold forward from an extended position to a transport position. The wing booms are supported above a surface by wheels that provide the aforementioned support when the wing booms are in an extended position as well as the transport position. Maintaining surface contact of the wheels in both positions reduces the load placed on the hitch to which the hitch boom is coupled as well as the hitch boom itself. Multi-link draft links are connected between the hitch boom and the wing booms to provide support for the wing booms when the wing booms are in the extended position. The relative length of the draft links dictates how far the hitch telescopes when the wing booms are folded to the stowed or transport position. | 04-29-2010 |

| 20090065463 | Plastic knuckle pin lock - The KNUCKLE PIN LOCK is designed to fit an American Association of Railroads articulated locklift assembly's connector and up the bottom part of the attached toggle to a point where it would contact the bottom of the lock of the rail car knuckle. When the knuckle is in the closed or locked position, the knuckle pin lock when applied, would make opening the knuckle to separate a rail car from another rail car impossible. The Knuckle Pin Lock blocks the accidental or malicious disconnection of rail cars by blocking the ability of anyone or anything pulling up on the operating lever to open the knuckle. This mechanism can be made from plastic, metal, wood or any other rigid material. The thickness of the material depends on the type of material used. For instance, a plastic unit would be approx. 1/8″ thick. The larger “key” shaped holes are where fastening devices such as multi-purpose zip-ties would be threaded through and around the toggle and tightened. This secures the Knuckle Pin Lock to the locklift assembly. The smaller holes allow the device to be removed easily by breaking the plastic unit off when no longer needed on the rail car. When the unit is made from metal, the holes make it lighter and easier to handle. In this design, a more permanent fastening device such as a chain may be used. | 03-12-2009 |

| 20090097721 | METHOD OF IDENTIFYING FEATURES WITHIN A DATASET - A method of identifying features within a dataset such as an image comprises applying a multiscale transform such as a dual tree Complex Wavelet Transform to generate a plurality of scale-related transform levels each having a plurality of transform coefficients defining magnitude and phase; determining the phase difference between a first coefficient on one level, and a second coefficient on the same or a different level; and identifying the feature in dependence on the phase difference. Each quadrant of the phase difference, when plotted as an angle, is indicative of a different type of feature. The invention is equally applicable to the identification of two-dimensional features such as images, as well as to the identification of features within one-dimensional data streams such as audio. | 04-16-2009 |
