20080283478Towel Holder - A towel holder for selectively holding and releasing a towel according to the present invention includes first and second sides, each side having upper and lower ends, respectively. The towel holder also includes an elastic top portion adjoining the first and second side upper ends, the top portion biasing the respective side lower ends toward one another yet allowing the lower ends to be separated as needed to be force fitted onto a fixed member such as a stove handle. Preferably, the top portion includes a rounded configuration over which a towel may be draped. The top portion may also include a configuration that resists a towel from sliding thereon, such as a plurality of ridges, bosses, or constructed of a soft rubber material. Conversely, the sides are constructed of a low-friction material such that a towel slides easily thereon when being intentional lifted from the towel holder.11-20-2008
20090070976Non-Pneumatic Scaler - A non-pneumatic scaler includes a linear motion gearbox and an electric motor in communication with the gearbox for selectively actuating it. An implement is removably coupled to the linear motion gearbox such that actuation of the gearbox causes the implement to oscillate. A housing contains the linear motion gearbox such that the implement extends partially outside the housing. A rechargeable battery is coupled to the housing for supplying power to the motor. The scaler includes a trigger for actuating the motor. Another input device is included for varying the rate of oscillation of the implement. One or more light emitting diodes may be mounted to the housing for illuminating a work area. The scaler may include a force transmitter that transfers the motor's force to cause the implement to rotate. A clutch may be manipulated to allow either the linear motion gearbox or the force transmitter to be selected.03-19-2009

20100082663Method and System for Identifying Equivalent Digital Media Assets - Improved management of digital media assets within an on-line media repository are disclosed. In one embodiment, the management includes methods and systems for identifying distinct digital media assets that are equivalent to one another. In one implementation, a plurality of digital media assets described and/or stored in a media storage device (e.g., database) can be automatically examined to determine whether any of them match one another or match a new digital media asset. Those digital media assets that are considered equivalent can be treated as such by an on-line store so as to facilitate customer interaction.04-01-2010
