| 20080233088 | PREPARATIVE REGIMEN FOR ENGRAFTMENT, GROWTH AND DIFFERENTIATION OF NON-HEMATOPOEITIC CELLS IN VIVO AFTER TRANSPLANTATION - The invention relates to methods of obtaining an expanded population of mammalian ex vivo cells and/or for treating a mammalian subject by (a) administering to a subject an effective amount of an agent that confers a growth disadvantage to at least a subset of endogenous cells at the site of engraftment; (b) administering to the subject an effective amount of a mitogenic stimulus for the ex vivo cells; and (c) administering the ex vivo cells to the subject, wherein the ex vivo cells engraft at the site and proliferate to a greater extent than the subset of endogenous cells, to repopulate at least a portion of the engraftment site with the ex vivo cells. The repopulated cells can be harvested for further use or be left at the engraftment site of a subject to be treated. The invention also provides methods of treating brain injury in a subject by engrafting ex vivo cells at the site of injury. | 09-25-2008 |

| 20100150110 | Seamless Handoff Across Heterogeneous Access Networks Using a Handoff Controller in a Service Control Point - In a telecommunications network in which a mobile handset is capable of communicating in both an IP domain and a non-IP domain, the handoff of an existing communications session between the mobile handset and a fixed user is facilitated by a handoff controller implemented in a service control point. The handoff controller implements different handoff methods depending on the status of the fixed user and the transition of the mobile user. Additionally 802.21 Media Independent Handover Function in conjunction with SIP is used to facilitate handover between IP and Non-IP points in the system. | 06-17-2010 |

| 20080275551 | INWARDLY-BOWED TRICUSPID ANNULOPLASTY RING - A prosthetic tricuspid remodeling annuloplasty ring having two free ends and at least one inward bow to help reduce chordal tethering. The ring may have segments corresponding to the anterior, posterior and septal leaflets, with inward bows located adjacent one, two or all leaflets. Convex corners separate the concave inward bows, with inflection points therebetween. The ring has a semi-rigid inner body covered by fabric or a suture interface such as silicone and fabric. | 11-06-2008 |

| 20100059055 | Gas delivery system including a flow generator having an isolated blower assembly for noise reduction - A gas delivery system that includes a housing and a flow generator that includes a blower assembly and an isolation assembly for coupling the flow generator to the housing. The isolation assembly includes at least one elastomeric isolation member having first and second portions, and the blower assembly is coupled to the isolation assembly through the at least one elastomeric isolation member. The first portion is able to shear in a first direction and the second portion is able to shear in a second direction generally perpendicular to the first direction to permit the blower assembly to move relative to the housing in three dimensions. Also, a gas delivery system that includes a housing and a flow generator provided within the housing, wherein the gas delivery system generates no more than about 30 or 35 dB(A) of noise regardless of the physical orientation of the housing. | 03-11-2010 |
