20090138383INVENTORY LOCATION MANAGEMENT - An inventory management method and system may be capable of monitoring an inventory by compiling historical data relating to the inventory, defining net inventory needs, and calculating the quantity and/or types of inventory that may be needed to maintain a suitable level of inventory. More than one inventory and respective source may be included in the calculation of the inventory needs. The calculation may determine the inventory needs at a particular location or the inventory that must be maintained at a particular location based at least in part on the historical data, the inventory needs, and the customer's needs. The inventory and/or inventory locations may be consolidated, increased, decreased, and eliminated, as suitable to meet the needs of the customer. The net change in inventory related costs resulting from facility changes such as consolidation, increase, decrease, and elimination may be calculated and optimized.05-28-2009

20110208656METHOD, APPARATUS, AND COMPUTER PROGRAM PRODUCT FOR FACILITATING PROMOTIONS WITH AN E-WALLET - An electronic wallet platform obtains, from a check-out web page of a merchant, (i) a unique identification of a given consumer, of a plurality of consumers, who is purchasing at least one item from the merchant in an on-line transaction, and (ii) associated transaction data. The electronic wallet platform supplies, to a transaction qualification service, the unique identification of the given consumer; and retrieves, from a consumer enrollment database, a record wherein at least one useful token is stored in association with the unique identification of the given consumer. The transaction qualification service determines, based on rules from an offers registry database, whether the at least one useful token is applicable to the on-line transaction. The rules are stored in the offers registry database in association with the at least one useful token, and the rules take into account at least one of the unique identification of the given consumer and the associated transaction data in determining the applicability. If, based on the determining step, the at least one useful token is applicable to the on-line transaction, a further step includes providing the at least one useful token to the merchant, using the transaction qualification service and the electronic wallet platform. The at least one useful token is provided to the merchant prior to payment card authorization, clearing, and settlement for the on-line transaction.08-25-2011

20110230415Pharmaceutical Composition Containing GHRP-6 To Prevent And Eliminate Fibrosis And Other Pathological Deposits In Tissues - The present invention is related to the use of secretagogue peptides repeatedly administered as part of a pharmaceutical composition that prevent and eradicate the deposition of pathological fibrotic material in parenchymal tissues of internal organs like the liver, lungs, esophagus, small intestine, kidneys, blood vessels, joints, and other systemic forms of cutaneous fibrosis of any etiopathogenesis. Additionally, these peptides prevent and eradicate deposition of amiloid and hyaline materials in any of their correspondent chemical forms and tissue manifestations in the brain, cerebellum, blood vessels, liver, intestines, kidneys, spleen, pancreas, joints and the skin, among others. By this way, cellular, tissular and organ dysfunctions generated by these depositions are corrected. The peptides of the present invention are infiltrated or topically applied, contributing to prevent and eradicate keloids and hypertrophic scars in the skin, derived as sequelae of burns and other cutaneous trauma.09-22-2011
