20110038374Crossbar switch system - Each chip arranged in each crossbar switch creates and issues, if a packet is input, a log collection packet for collecting a log of the packet. Each chip collects a log related to a transfer of the input packet. Each chip embeds, in the issued log collection packet or a log collection packet transferred from a crossbar switch in a previous stage, the collected log. If a transfer destination of the packet is other than the crossbar switches, each chip stores, in a storage space, the log embedded in the log collection packet and then transfers, to the transfer destination, only an original packet in which the log is deleted. In contrast, if the transfer destination is a crossbar switch, each chip transfers the log collection packet to a crossbar switch in a next stage.02-17-2011
20110078431Information processing apparatus, method of controlling information processing apparatus, and semiconductor device - In an information processing apparatus that includes a first and second semiconductor devices that are connected to each other and also includes a system control device that is connected to the first and second semiconductor devices, the timers that are mounted on the semiconductor devices are all synchronized by successively performing a timer correction process between a semiconductor device in which the timer is synchronized and a semiconductor device, adjacent to the semiconductor device, in which the timer is not synchronized, and, when an error occurs in the information processing device, the value in the synchronized timer and the error information are stored in a predetermined register.03-31-2011
20110107157REGISTER ACCESS CONTROL METHOD AND CIRCUIT - A register access control circuit and method includes extracting data written to a plurality of registers by specifying the common address in response to read access to a common address, comparing the data extracted from the respective registers, and outputting the data extracted from one of the registers as read data when the data extracted from the respective registers match.05-05-2011

20100037013MEMORY ACCESS METHOD - A memory access method intended for a memory required to provide an interval of a predetermined number of clock cycles or longer between successive occurrences of access when the same bank is successively accessed, and that eliminates an idle time between successive occurrences of access to allow for improved performance. Pieces of data are written into 0th, the first, the second, and the third banks, respectively. No idle time is caused between successive occurrences of access because different banks are successively accessed. Since a burst length of each of the pieces of data is eight, an interval of 16 cycles which is longer than 15 cycles is provided between a start of writing of first data and a start of second writing of data. Accordingly, no idle time is caused also between completion of writing of the first data and start of writing of the second data.02-11-2010

20090160126PRINTING APPARATUS AND PRINTING MEDIUM FEEDING METHOD - To achieve a high-speed feeder, improvement of a rotational rate is required similarly in a feed motor and a conveyance motor, resulting in high costs. Moreover, in simultaneous control of paper feed and discharge, improvement of a conveyance rate leads to a high discharge rate to deteriorate alignment of discharged paper sheets. To solve the problems, the rate of the feed roller is set higher than the rate of the conveyance roller. The rate of the feed roller is determined based on the rate of the conveyance roller and an allowable amount of a loop formed by a rate difference between the two rollers. In the simultaneous control of paper feed and discharge, a distance between pages is detected by a sensor to determine whether the distance is sufficient, from the relation between current feed and conveyance rates. In the case of insufficient distance, the conveyance roller is stopped.06-25-2009
20090303273INKJET RECORDING APPARATUS - An inkjet recording apparatus includes a feed control unit configured to start feed of a next page before recording of a current page by a recording head is completed; an ejection wait time management unit configured to manage a time until the current page contacts a previous page which has been ejected by an ejection unit; and an ejection permission unit configured to permit ejection of the current page by the ejection unit after the time managed by the ejection wait time management unit becomes zero. The feed control unit does not start the feed of the next page until the ejection permission unit permits the ejection of the current page.12-10-2009

20090077650INFORMATION PROCESSING APPARATUS, INFORMATION PROCESSING SYSTEM, AND COMPUTER READABLE MEDIUM - An information processing apparatus includes: a connecting section; an information storage; a request accepting section; a searching section; a setting information storage; a determining section; and a process executing section.03-19-2009
20090080014INFORMATION PROCESSING APPARATUS, INFORMATION PROCESSING SYSTEM, IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS, IMAGE FORMING SYSTEM, AND COMPUTER READABLE MEDIUM - An information processing apparatus includes: an information storage that stores information; a request accepting section that accepts a predetermined request for the information; a setting section that, for each of the information, sets whether the predetermined request is allowed; a setting storage that stores a setting by the setting section; a determining section that, with respect to the information corresponding to a request accepted by the request accepting section, reads out a corresponding setting from the setting storage, and that determines allowance/non-allowance of the predetermined request; and a process executing section that, in a case where the determining section determines allowance of the predetermined request, executes a process corresponding to the predetermined request on the information.03-26-2009
20090091782IMAGE FORMING DEVICE, IMAGE FORMING SYSTEM AND COMPUTER READABLE MEDIUM - An image forming device includes an image forming section, a connection section, a request receiving section, an illegality detection section, a notice section and a web page creation section. The image forming section performs image formation on a medium. The connection section communicates with an information processing device. The request receiving section receives a request from the information processing device through the connection section. The illegality detection section detects an illegal access to the request receiving section through the connection section. The notice section notifies, to the information processing device, a detection result by the illegality detection section through the connection section.04-09-2009
20090094241INFORMATION PROCESSING DEVICE, INFORMATION MANAGEMENT DEVICE, INFORMATION PROCESSING SYSTEM AND COMPUTER READABLE MEDIUM - An information processing device includes a lock section, a creation section, a transmission section, a reception section, and a release section. The lock section disables an authorization function of the information processing device under a given condition. The creation section creates a first lock release file so that releasing the function due to the lock section. The transmission section transmits the first lock release file created by the creation section to the information management device. The reception section receives a second lock release file which is transmitted as a reply from the information management device based on the first lock release file. The release section tries to enable the authorization function of the information processing device when the second lock release file is judged to be valid.04-09-2009
