20100004891METHOD OF ANALYSIS OF EFFECTS OF CARGO FIRE ON PRIMARY AIRCRAFT STRUCTURE TEMPERATURES - Embodiments provide systems and methods for analyzing effects of cargo fire on primary aircraft structure. A thermal profile of a suppressed fire in a cargo compartment of an aircraft is developed. The thermal profile is applied to a heat transfer model of structure of an aircraft, and structural integrity of the modeled structure is analyzed. The thermal profile may be developed by introducing a fire in a physical model of a cargo compartment instrumented with temperature sensors and determining profiles of temperature versus time. A heat transfer model of aircraft structure is built, boundary conditions are input into the heat transfer model, and the model is run. When analysis of the modeled structure determined structural integrity to be insufficient to satisfy flight certification requirements, structural parameters are modified, the thermal profile is applied to a heat transfer model of the modified structure, and the analysis is repeated.01-07-2010
20100098131ANALYSIS OF EFFECTS OF CARGO FIRE ON PRIMARY AIRCRAFT STRUCTURE TEMPERATURES - Systems for analyzing effects of cargo fire on primary aircraft structure are provided. A particular system includes a processor and a memory accessible to the processor. The memory includes instructions executable by the processor to access a thermal profile of a suppressed fire in a physical model of a cargo compartment of an aircraft. The instructions are also executable to analyze heat transfer resulting from applying the thermal profile of the suppressed fire to a structure of the aircraft surrounding the cargo compartment to determine a predicted temperature reached by one or more parts of the structure surrounding the cargo compartment as a result of the suppressed fire. The instructions are also executable to generate an output including the predicted temperature reached by the one or more parts of the structure surrounding the cargo compartment.04-22-2010

20090164363Computer-Implemented Methods, Program Product, And System For Micro-Loan Product Management - Embodiments of the present invention include methods, program product and systems for card and bank product management. An embodiment of a method of advancing funds to a banking customer, for example, includes establishing a line of credit with a bank through an on-line access interface with the bank, determining whether access to funds through the line of credit should occur for a customer transaction and providing one or more preselected increments of funds for the customer transaction. A cumulative amount of the one or more preselected increments, for example, can be less than a total available line of credit for a customer having an established line of credit with the bank. The method further includes decrementing the total available line of credit by the cumulative amount of the one or more preselected increments provided for the customer transaction and a predetermined fee amount for each preselected increment of funds.06-25-2009
20090254441System, Program Product, And Method For Debit Card And Checking Account Autodraw - A consumer is prequalified for a line of credit attached to a checking account by a lending institution computer responsive to consumer underwriting data. The lending institution computer makes available draws to the line of credit line in an authorization stream for a proposed payment from the checking account. When the line of credit is accessed, the checking account is credited with an additional value equal to one or more preselected loan increments so that the account then has a new amount totaling a previous amount plus the amount of value of the one or more preselected loan increments and so that the new amount exceeds or equals the value of a proposed payment. Next a new value for the line of credit balance available is determined, accounting for value credited to the checking account and a preselected loan advance fee for each loan increment credited to the account.10-08-2009
20090254442System, Program Product, And Associated Methods To Autodraw For Micro-Credit Attached To A Prepaid Card - A consumer is prequalified for a line of credit attached to a prepaid card by a lending institution. The lending institution computer makes available draws to the line of credit line in an authorization stream for a proposed purchase using the prepaid card as payment. When the line of credit is accessed, the prepaid card is loaded with an additional value equal to one or more preselected loan increments so that the prepaid card then has a new amount totaling a previous amount plus the amount of value of the one or more preselected loan increments and so that the new amount exceeds or equals the value of a proposed purchase. Next, a new value for the line of credit balance available is determined, accounting for value loaded onto the prepaid card and a preselected loan advance fee for each loan increment loaded onto the prepaid card.10-08-2009
20090254443System, Program Product, And Associated Methods To Autodraw For Micro-Credit Attached To A Prepaid Card - A prepaid card processor receives data for a line of credit for a prepaid card from a lending institution computer. The prepaid card processor makes available draws to the line of credit line on behalf of the lending institution computer in an authorization stream for a proposed purchase using the prepaid card as payment. When the line of credit is accessed, the processor loads the prepaid card with an additional value equal to one or more preselected loan increments so that the prepaid card then has a new amount totaling a previous amount plus the amount of value of the one or more preselected loan increments and so that the new amount exceeds or equals the value of a proposed purchase. Then the processor notifies the lending institution so that the line of credit balances on the lending institution computer and the prepaid card processor are kept in sync.10-08-2009

20090019147NETWORK METRIC REPORTING SYSTEM - A tool for monitoring the use of devices in an interconnected network. Desired network information, such as the use of browsers on the networked devices, the use of other applications hosted on the networked devices, and the speed and volume of data traffic to and within the network, may be collected by one or more network management tools operating within the network, and then provided to an outside reporting server. In response, the reporting server then organizes and reports the collected information to one or more authorized parties associated with the network. The reporting server may send the collected network information directly to the authorized parties via electronic mail, or provide access to the collected network information by posting it on a secured Web site.01-15-2009

20110235549SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR SIMPLIFYING SECURE NETWORK SETUP - A method in one example implementation includes discovering a networking device within a wireless connectivity range from a first computing device. The networking device may be configured for wireless connectivity by sending new network configuration settings to the networking device to be stored in a memory element. The method also includes configuring the first computing device to initiate a wireless connection to the networking device, such that the wireless connection is created without requiring the user to provide any configuration settings associated with the wireless connection. In more specific embodiments, if it is determined that the networking device is unconfigured, then the new network configuration settings are automatically generated. In other more specific embodiments, the new network configuration settings include a new network identifier and a new network password.09-29-2011
