20100219832 | FERROMAGNETIC SHIELD FOR MAGNETIC RESONANCE IMAGING - The present invention provides a ferromagnetic shield for a cryocooler assembly making use of a moveable rare-earth regenerator for recondensing of a cooling liquid for cooling of a superconductive magnet of a magnetic resonance imaging apparatus. The ferromagnetic shield effectively provides depletion of a magnet field in the vicinity of the rare-earth regenerator and therefore on the one hand reduces the noise impact of the moving regenerator on the homogeneous magnetic field in the imaging volume of the MRI apparatus and on the other hand reduces the mechanical force exerted by the magnetic field on the rare-earth regenerator. | 09-02-2010 |

20090296058 | LITHOGRAPHIC APPARATUS AND DEVICE MANUFACTURING METHOD - A detection method for detecting a property of an extended pattern formed by at least one line generally extending in a first direction. The extended pattern is formed on a substrate or on a substrate table and may extend, for example, over a length of at least 50× the width of the line. The extended pattern is focus sensitive. The detection method includes moving the substrate table in a first direction and measuring along that first direction a property of the extended pattern. The property can be a result of a physical property of the extended pattern in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. In a next step a calibration of the substrate table position can be derived from the measured position of the extended pattern. | 12-03-2009 |
20090323037 | LITHOGRAPHIC APPARATUS AND DEVICE MANUFACTURING METHOD - A detection method for detecting a property of an extended pattern formed by at least one line generally extending in a first direction. The extended pattern is formed on a substrate or on a substrate table and preferably extends over a length of at least 50× the width of the line. | 12-31-2009 |
20100271611 | LITHOGRAPHIC APPARATUS HAVING A SUBSTRATE SUPPORT WITH OPEN CELL PLASTIC FOAM PARTS - A lithographic apparatus includes an illumination system configured to condition a radiation beam, a support constructed to support a patterning device, the patterning device being capable of imparting the radiation beam with a pattern in its cross-section to form a patterned radiation beam, a substrate support constructed to hold a substrate, and a projection system configured to project the patterned radiation beam onto a target portion of the substrate, wherein the substrate support includes parts that are made of an open cell plastic foam material. | 10-28-2010 |

20150223508 | Method to Convert Insects or Worms Into Nutrient Streams and Compositions Obtained Thereby - The present invention provides a method to convert insects or worms into nutrient streams, such as a fat-containing, an aqueous proteinaceous-containing and a solid-containing fraction. The method comprises the steps of: (a) squashing insects or worms thereby obtaining a pulp, (b) subjecting the pulp to enzymatic hydrolysis obtaining thereby a hydrolysed mixture, (c) heating the hydrolysed mixture to a temperature of 70-100° C., and (d) subjecting the mixture to a physical separation step, preferably decanting and/or centrifuging. The fat-containing fraction comprises at least 80 wt. % insect or worm fat of which at least 30 wt. % are saturated fats. The aqueous proteinaceous fraction can be dried to obtain dried proteinaceous material, which contains at least 45 wt. % insect or worm protein-derived matter and at most 25 wt. % insect or worm fat based on dry weight, and has a pepsin digestibility of at least 50%. The resulting nutrient streams can be used in food, feed and pharmaceutical industry. | 08-13-2015 |
