20110178243 | Process for Attaching a Modifying Agent to a Substrate - Modifying agents, e.g., a poly(sulfonyl) azide, are attached to a substrate surface, e.g., the surface of a polyolefin particle, by a process comprising the steps of: A. Contacting in an open contact zone and under a flow of inert gas a substrate with a modifying agent, binding agent, e.g., a phenolic-based antioxidant, and a liquid mixing agent, e.g., methylene chloride, to form a substrate mixture; B. Closing the contact zone and stopping the flow of inert gas to the contact zone; C. Agitating the substrate mixture under the inert gas in the closed contact zone to commence evaporation of the liquid mixing agent; D. Reducing the temperature and pressure of the closed contact zone while continuing to agitate the substrate mixture; and E. Completing the substantial evaporation of the mixing agent from the substrate mixture by opening the contact zone and initiating an inert gas flow while continuing agitation of the substrate mixture and maintaining a reduced pressure. | 07-21-2011 |

20100276965 | TOP FOR A CONVERTIBLE VEHICLE - A top for a convertible motor vehicle includes a top linkage operable to move the top between a closed position and an open position. The top linkage includes at least one functional component having a first position and a second position. The functional component is generally in the first position at a start of the opening movement and at the start of the closing movement, and also at an end of an opening movement and at the end of the closing movement. The functional component is moved from the first position to the second position for at least a portion of the opening movement and of the closing movement when the top linkage is between the open and closed positions. The movement of the functional component from the first position to the second position provides clearance for at least one element that moves during movement of the top linkage. | 11-04-2010 |

20150340685 | METHOD FOR PRODUCING A COATING MATERIAL FOR COATING ELECTRODE CARRIERS AND COATING MATERIAL IN GRANULE FORM - The invention relates to a method for preparing a coating material for coating an electrode carrier. For known coating materials, the problem exists that these either cannot be stored without the input of energy or cannot be produced without quality fluctuations. To solve these problems, the method according to the invention comprises the steps of a) providing a dry mixture containing at least i) an active material, ii) a conductivity additive, as well as iii) a fluorine-containing polymer binder, b) bringing the dry mixture into contact with a solvent mixture containing ethylene carbonate and/or propylene carbonate, c) thoroughly mixing the solvent mixture and the dry mixture at a temperature of more than 80° C. until the fluorine-containing polymer binder has dissolved completely in the solvent mixture, wherein d), after the fluorine-containing polymer binder has dissolved completely, the mixture obtained is cooled to a temperature of less than 40° C. and the mixture obtained cures during the cooling process and e), the mixture obtained is granulated during or after the curing process. The granules obtained with the method can be stored without problems and can be used without quality fluctuations to coat an electrode carrier. | 11-26-2015 |
