20090107938 | PRODUCT MERCHANDISING SYSTEM FOR WALK-IN DISPLAY COOLERS AND THE LIKE - A product merchandising unit having a plurality of shelf members adjustably positionable within a framework structure, each shelf member including a plurality of retractable pin members selectively movable for engagement with openings associated with the framework structure, and a plurality of removably attachable divider members engageable with the underneath portion of each shelf member anywhere along substantially their entire width, the divider members extending downwardly from the shelf member located thereabove into the product display space of the shelf member located therebelow forming product channels for guiding products therebetween, each divider member being selectively adjustable relative to another divider member to control and adjust the width of each product channel. | 04-30-2009 |
20100252519 | GLIDE SYSTEM WITH ADJUSTABLE DIVIDERS AND MODULAR FLOOR MEMBERS - A variable shelf organizer glide system for merchandising products therefrom capable of being assembled to accommodate any shelf length and width and any product dimension including a plurality of cooperatively engageable adjustable floor members having a plurality of transverse projection members associated with each respective track rib, the transverse projection members extending laterally across only a portion of the respective longitudinal slots formed between adjacent track ribs, and a plurality of adjustable divider members, each divider member being selectively engageable with the transverse projection members to form any number of segregated product channels for arranging products therebetween. Each floor member includes frangible break-away portions for adjusting the overall length thereof, and each divider member includes a frangible break-away front product stop member as well as a plurality of frangible break-away rear portions for likewise controlling the overall length of each divider member. | 10-07-2010 |

20120206925 | Collapsible Lampshade Kit - A lampshade structure is fabricated from a collapsible, semi-flexible sheet material onto which pre-fastened magnetic strips are attached. One or more collapsible spring steel strip hoop(s) is magnetically adhered to the magnetic strips to thereby create a semi-rigid tubular structure. As part of a kit in the collapsed configuration, each spring steel strip hoop is folded upon itself and the flexible sheet material with a pre-fastened magnetic strip is rolled into a small diameter. In the expanded configuration, the spring steel strip hoop(s) is unfolded and expanded, whereupon the sheet material with pre-fastened magnetic strip is wrapped around the circumference of the spring steel strip hoop(s) relying solely on magnetic attraction as a fastening system in creating a semi-rigid hollow structure. This resultant collapsed assembly is 1/9th the volume of the fully expanded structure, thereby saving considerable shipping costs, both in the labor required for packaging materials and actual transportation costs. Furthermore, insofar as the components of the lamps shade are pliable, the risk of deformation of the packaged lampshade is greatly diminished even if the container is damaged in the shipping process. As well a container 1/9 the volume of a full size container has proportionately greater strength and is less apt to suffer shipping damage. | 08-16-2012 |

20150133405 | Methods - The present invention relates to the use of selective aquaporin inhibitors, e.g., of aquaporin-4 or aquaporin-2, e.g., certain phenylbenzamide compounds, for the prophylaxis, treatment and control of aquaporin-mediated conditions, e.g., diseases of water imbalance, for example edema (particularly edema of the brain and spinal cord, e.g., following trauma or ischemic stroke, as well as the edema associated with glioma, meningitis, acute mountain sickness, epileptic seizures, infections, metabolic disorders, hypoxia, water intoxication, hepatic failure, hepatic encephalopathy, diabetic ketoacidosis, abscess, eclampsia, Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease, and lupus cerebritis, as well as edema consequent to microgravity and/or radiation exposure, as well as edema consequent to invasive central nervous system procedures, e.g., neurosurgery, endovascular clot removal, spinal tap, aneurysm repair, or deep brain stimulation, as well as retinal edema), as well as hyponatremia and excess fluid retention, and diseases such as epilepsy, retinal ischemia and other diseases of the eye associated with abnormalities in intraocular pressure and/or tissue hydration, myocardial ischemia, myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury, myocardial infarction, myocardial hypoxia, congestive heart failure, sepsis, and neuromyelitis optica, as well as migraines, as well as to novel assays for identifying aquaporin inhibitors. | 05-14-2015 |
