20090058891 | Transaction printer - A printer that can be configured either as a dot matrix/impact printer or an inkjet printer. A printer frame mounts a carriage mechanism for reciprocally moving a head carrier. An adapter secures a printhead to the carrier; the adapter being configured to accept a predetermined type of printhead. A compensator/feeder assembly is pivotally movable between a printing position and a printer open position at which a slot for receiving a form is defined. The compensator/feeder assembly mounts a printer bar which is positioned in a confronting relationship with the printhead when the assembly is in the printing position. A compensator drive arrangement is fixed to a base and effects movement in the feeder assembly. | 03-05-2009 |

20100049332 | LEG PROSTHESIS - Leg prosthesis including a cylinder with a piston and a piston rod, the piston rod being led out of one end of the cylinder and attached to an outer tube of the prosthesis, with the lower part of the cylinder being attached to an inner tube of the prosthesis. The outer tube and the inner tube may be connected to parts of the leg prosthesis, and the cylinder may contain a pneumatic or hydraulic medium. The inner tube and the outer tube provide a cavity for the arrangement of a torsion device, where the outer tube can rotate in both directions in relation to the inner tube and vice versa. The torsion device includes an elastomer fixed to the outer tube, elastomer supports fixed to the outer tube and an elastomer end stop fixed to the inner tube. | 02-25-2010 |

20090309322 | Stocking Cart Conveyance - A stocking cart conveyance may include three tiers, wherein the lower and middle tiers are substantially full length and the upper tier is substantially shorter to improve user sight lines, cart maneuverability, and/or accessibility to items in the middle tier. The upper tier in illustrative embodiments may be approximately 70-80% of the length of the full length tier(s) so as to maintain significant storage volume while still providing improved access, maneuverability, or sight lines. The upper tier may optionally be hinged so as to further improve user accessibility to items placed on the second tier. In illustrative embodiments the carts may longitudinally nest into one another to reduce the space needed to store the carts, and in certain embodiments the carts may be configured to nest when the upper tiers are in an upright position. | 12-17-2009 |

20080220063 | Biologic-Chemical Fungicide Compositions and Methods of Use - The present invention is directed to biologic-chemical fungicide compositions (BCFs) that include one or more chemical fungicides, and microorganisms including gram-positive and/or gram-negative bacteria and yeast. Any chemical fungicide or combination of fungicides can be used. The BCFs typically also include an optional nutrient component in an amount sufficient to support the growth and replication of the microorganisms. If the BCF is applied to soil rich in nutrients, or if the crops would support the growth of the microorganisms in the BCFs, then the nutrients can be left out. Compositions having a biologic component of microorganisms in addition to one or more chemical fungicides are significantly more effective than chemical fungicides applied without microorganisms. The invention is also directed to chemical-free biologic fungicides that contain microorganisms with suppressive activity against pathogenic fungi, and nutrients. | 09-11-2008 |
