20100146294 | BEST2000C: platform-independent, acrostic database encryption of biometrically-inert transgression-ciphers for up to 90% reduction of the $50 billion annual fictitious-identity transgressions - The invention (“INVENTION”) herein relates to government or private-use ciphers for assignable fictitious-identity information accessed through a data system or other form of data repository for maintenance or retention of financial, credit, medical or related asset management records. To help protect or restore integrity to such government or private-use ciphers occasionally compromised through private, public or commercial transactions, the art applies a prime/number-keyed acrostic-encryption throughout a data system or other form of information repository, encoding biometrically-inert transgression ciphers (“BIT-ciphers” or “TRANSGRESSION-CIPHERS”) therein. Such BIT-ciphers and their financial, credit or related asset management records form fictitious-identities, unassigned to any real person or real institution. These are populated throughout an extant data system or other form of information repository, including archival storage, containing preexisting fictitious-identity ciphers (“FID-ciphers”) assigned by a government or agencies, thereof, to online records for various parties, whether they be public or private institutions, corporations or individuals. FID-ciphers are processed through extant government and commercial systems for tax collections, credit monitoring, financial transactions and other forms of fictitious-identity processing. However, every BIT-cipher accessed through encoded government or commercial systems, or access of any BIT-cipher's related record components, in any way, triggers a 100% positive detection of a fictitious-identity transgression at the moment of access. A Fast-Access Network of Transgression Alert Servers for Transparently Implanted Ciphers version 7 (herein “FANTASTIC-7™”) allows instant capture and/or monitoring, for extended periods, of a party or parties engaged in fictitious-identity transgression. | 06-10-2010 |

20090207195 | SCREEN CONDENSATION WITH HETEROGENEOUS DISPLAY RESOLUTION - In one embodiment, a video signal is displayed on a display screen in two or more resolutions. The video signal may be of a first resolution and the display screen may be set to a second resolution. In one embodiment, the video signal resolution is of a size that is greater than the size of the display screen resolution. The method includes displaying a first portion of the video signal in a first resolution in a first region of the display. A second portion of the video signal is then displayed in a second resolution in a second region of the display. The second resolution is a resolution that displays at least a portion of the video signal that would be off screen if the video signal is displayed in the first resolution. Accordingly, more of the signal can be displayed on the screen. | 08-20-2009 |

20120222866 | TUBING HANGER - PRODUCTION TUBING SUSPENSION ARRANGEMENT - A tubing hanger body made from Non-CRA steel coupled to production tubing made from CRA material. The coupling includes pin threads at the top end of the production tubing which are arranged to be screwed into box threads of the tubing hanger body. A seal sub having metal-to-metal and/or elastomeric seals engages the top end of the production tubing and protects the tubing hanger body from contact with production fluid flowing from the production tubing below to a Christmas tree tubing above. The invention includes a method of repairing of an existing tubing hanger body where its through bore has been damaged. This allows the through bore to be over machined and a CRA sleeve installed to replace tubing threads and body material. | 09-06-2012 |

20100185497 | AUTOMOTIVE CORE FULFILLMENT SYSTEM AND METHOD - A system and method for facilitating acquisition of automotive core parts from automotive recyclers for remanufacture includes identifying automotive cores and determining the value of the cores with a core fulfillment system. The core fulfillment system includes an interchange database with automotive core descriptions and corresponding interchange identification indicators. The system includes a core supplier database that includes automotive core descriptions with corresponding core supplier identification indicators and an interchange number matching module that equates database entries in the interchange database with database entries in the core supplier database. An interface module provides access to the core fulfillment system, accepts vehicle information, and provides demand and pricing information regarding automotive cores. Vehicle information is received and compared to automotive core descriptions, automotive interchange numbers, and core supplier identification indicators that correspond to the vehicle identification information. Automotive cores are identified based upon the comparison, and a core value is determined. | 07-22-2010 |
20110010276 | AUTOMOTIVE CORE FULFILLMENT SYSTEM AND METHOD - A system and method for facilitating acquisition of automotive core parts from automotive recyclers for remanufacture includes identifying automotive cores and determining the value of the cores with a core fulfillment system. The system identifies automotive cores for an auction house and uses an aggregate value of the cores to determine a value of a vehicle up for bidding. Vehicle or part type information is compared to automotive core descriptions, automotive interchange numbers, and core supplier indicators to identify the automotive cores. A core value is assigned to the identified automotive cores, and an aggregate value of core inventory is determined based upon a total of assigned core values. A vehicle evaluation page can be displayed to the bidder showing the identified automotive cores and an aggregate core value indicating an offer for purchase price that a core supplier will pay to the bidder for the vehicle up for bidding. | 01-13-2011 |

20140176362 | Systems and Methods For Inferring Localized Hail Intensity - The present invention is directed to system and method of processing meteorological data. The process comprises receiving a meteorological data corresponding to a geographic region from at least one meteorological data source for a selected time slice, with the meteorological data including radar reflectivity data. The system processes the meteorological data to derive probability of severe hail for points within the geographic region, processes the meteorological data to derive vertically integrated liquid for the points within the geographic region, and processes the meteorological data to derive enhanced echo tops for the points within the geographic region. The system processes the vertically integrated liquid and the enhanced echo tops to derive vertically integrated liquid density for the points within the geographic region and processes the probability of severe hail and the vertically integrated liquid density to derive derived hail index numbers for the points within the geographic region. The system generate data packets of the derived hail index numbers, with each of the derived hail index numbers corresponding to a local geographic point. | 06-26-2014 |

20120123817 | AGRICULTURAL MANAGEMENT USING BIOLOGICAL SIGNALS - A method and system for customizing agriculture management using biological signals and making decisions according to pre-programmed algorithms, including decisions related to irrigation, prediction of future yield, characterization of plant varieties, and administration of topical applications. | 05-17-2012 |
20130308675 | OPTIMUM PLANT CANOPY TEMPERATURE - An apparatus and method of determining the optimal plant canopy temperature of a plant by measuring chlorophyll a variable fluorescence is described. Leaf samples taken from the plant are placed on a temperature gradient device, exposed to light for an amount of time, and the variable fluorescence emitted from the leaves is measured along with the temperature. Calculations of Fv/Fo over a period of time are used to determine the optimal plant canopy temperature for a plant or a crop. The apparatus and method can be used to compare specific cultivars, to assess the results of plant breeding programs, and to assist in crop management procedures. | 11-21-2013 |
