20080214217 | METHOD FOR PROCESSING SHORT MESSAGE AND COMMUNICATION TERMINAL - A method for processing a short message and a communication terminal are disclosed. The method includes: receiving a short message; extracting schedule information from the short message after determining that the short message is a schedule short message; and importing the schedule information into a schedule table. The inventive solution enables the communication terminal to automatically identify the schedule short message upon receipt of the short message and imports such schedule short message into the schedule table without manually operating by the user, thereby improving the user experience and increasing the inner value of the communication device. | 09-04-2008 |
20080232559 | METHOD FOR VOICE RESPONSE AND VOICE SERVER - A voice response method and a voice server. The method comprises: obtaining a voice service request and transforming the voice service request to a text service request; obtaining corresponding voice response data and visual response data according to the text service request; and transmitting the voice response data and visual response data. | 09-25-2008 |
20080255848 | Speech Recognition Method and System and Speech Recognition Server - A speech recognition method, system and server includes receiving speech information from at least one User Equipment; analyzing and recognizing the speech information and searching for a speech feature matching the speech information; and obtaining an instruction in accordance with the speech feature and executing the instruction. With the various embodiments of the disclosure, cost of the User Equipment may be reduced and accuracy of speech recognition may be improved. | 10-16-2008 |
20090003585 | Communication Method, Device And System For Implementing Scheduling Communication Service - A communication method, device and system for implementing a scheduling communication service are provided. The communication system includes: a switch, a scheduling application server, and a scheduling terminal, the switch transfers a request message or a response message with a scheduling terminal as a caller or a callee to the scheduling application server, the scheduling application server stores session parameters of the scheduling terminal, determines the type of the call request message, converts the request message into one or more common call requests or response messages that can be identified by the switch, and sends the converted messages to the switch. | 01-01-2009 |
20090175435 | METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR DETERMINING INTERNAL USER FOR CALL CENTER SYSTEM - The disclosure relates to a method and apparatus for determining an internal user for a call center system. The information servicing function provided in the existing communication networks may be utilized in the invention. After a call initiated from an internal user for a call center system to an external user fails, the call center system sends the call information to the external user in a timely manner so that the external user can obtain identification information of the internal user for the call center system in a timely and accurate manner. With the invention, the possibility of reaching the internal user for the call center system is enhanced and thus the interests of the external user and the enterprise entity can be secured. | 07-09-2009 |

20090308939 | Thermostatic mixing valve - The invention provides a thermostatic mixing valve for use within a water discharge fixture. The mixing valve comprises a cover defining an interior region, a stationary lower disk residing within the interior region, and a moveable upper disk. The lower and upper disks each have a central opening and at least one peripheral groove, wherein the grooves are alignable to form a peripheral water outlet. The mixing valve also includes a spindle assembly extending through the cover region and operably connected to the upper disk to enable alignment of the grooves and formation of the water outlet. A pressure relief cavity is formed between the spindle assembly and the cover, and wherein water flows through an opening in the spindle assembly and into the relief cavity. In order to reduce friction during operation of the valve, the water in the pressure relief cavity applies downward pressure to the spindle assembly which counter-balances upward pressure applied to the spindle assembly by water flowing through the lower and upper disks. The mixing valve further includes a slide bolt and a mixer, wherein depending upon the selected discharge water temperature, water from the cold and hot water cavities flows through the slide bolt into the mixer for subsequent discharge through the fixture. | 12-17-2009 |
