20140261291 | Rotary Piston Internal Combustion Engine - A rotary internal combustion engine of the Wankel type having a housing with a two lobed epitrochoidal inner peripheral surface, a shaft journalled in end housings and a rotor eccentrically mounted on the shaft and geared to rotate at one third the speed of said shaft whereby working chambers are formed between the flanks of the rotor and the housings which vary in volume as the rotor rotates. The rotor is cooled by a fully closed circuit system wherein pressurised gasses are circulated by a centrifugal fan which is directly mounted on the main eccentric shaft, and circulates the gases through a heat exchanger which is integrated into the cool sector of the rotor housing, all components being enclosed within the pressurised system and only one drive shaft using a single high pressure shaft seal assembly emerges from this system. | 09-18-2014 |

20130014214 | System Security Process Method and Properties of Human Authorization Mechanism - A system and method for automatically determining if a computer user is a human or an automated script. Human interactive proofs (HIPs) are currently used to deter automated registration for web services by automated computer scripts. Unfortunately, whilst every endeavor is made to obscure the HIPs from such automated processes, the presentation of current HIPs leaves systems very much open to malicious attack from automated computer scripts and processes such as optical character readers (OCR). Those HIPs that have proven more successful in foiling malicious attacks have proved difficult for humans to decipher. The system and method of the invention in one embodiment provides a Pseudo-Isochromatic challenge or puzzle or any other visual illusion generated on the basis of Pseudo-Isochromatic imagery (PICPVI), to be employed within a challenge generator, the invention is created in such a way as to make it extremely difficult for an automated process to read, decipher or otherwise interpret the PICPVI but relatively easy for the human end user to successfully complete. In one embodiment the end user issues a request to a service provider for access to services, the service provider requests HIP by generating a PICPVI. The PICPVI is generated for the user and the response can be provided as the whole or part of the access to service request, making it extremely difficult for an automated process to access services unlawfully or maliciously. | 01-10-2013 |

20130239711 | Arrangement for Imparting Motion through Counter-Rotation of Opposing End Terminations of Arched Flexible Member - An arrangement for imparting translational movement of a load with respect to a columnar structure that takes the form of at least one flexible elastic member (e.g., bungee cord) that is disposed to surround a portion of the structure and a platform coupled to the opposing ends of the flexible elastic member. The platform is used to support the load and the ends of the flexible member are coupled to the platform in a manner such that the ends are free to rotate. Thus, the application of counter-rotational forces to these opposing end terminations will impart a tension to the flexible elastic member that ultimately causes the flexible member to flip over to relieve the tension. By continuing to apply the counter-rotational forces, the flexible member will continue to flip, and progress in translational movement along the columnar structure. | 09-19-2013 |
