20140308724 | Yeast Expressing Saccharolytic Enzymes for Consolidated Bioprocessing Using Starch and Cellulose - The present invention is directed to a yeast strain, or strains, secreting a full suite, or any subset of that full suite, of enzymes to hydrolyze corn starch, corn fiber, lignocellulose, (including enzymes that hydrolyze linkages in cellulose, hemicellulose, and between lignin and carbohydrates) and to utilize pentose sugars (xylose and arabinose). The invention is also directed to the set of proteins that are well expressed in yeast for each category of enzymatic activity. The resulting strain, or strains can be used to hydrolyze starch and cellulose simultaneously. The resulting strain, or strains can be also metabolically engineered to produce less glycerol and uptake acetate. The resulting strain, or strains can also be used to produce ethanol from granular starch without liquefaction. The resulting strain, or strains, can be further used to reduce the amount of external enzyme needed to hydrolyze a biomass feedstock during an Simultaneous Saccharification and Fermentation (SSF) process, or to increase the yield of ethanol during SSF at current saccharolytic enzyme loadings. In addition, multiple enzymes of the present invention can be co-expressed in cells of the invention to provide synergistic digestive action on biomass feedstock. In some aspects, host cells expressing different heterologous saccharolytic enzymes can also be co-cultured together and used to produce ethanol from biomass feedstock. | 10-16-2014 |

20150065078 | ALARM SYSTEM - A fire alarm system utilizes a wireless transmitter associated with each of a plurality of smoke detectors to provide the occupant of a building with an early warning through the wireless receiver in the occupant's smart phone. The wireless signal includes encoded information identifying the activated smoke detector, and the smart phone app uses this information to guide the user safely out of the building. Where the building has multiple exits, the smart phone app can use information on the current location of the smart phone, determined by a local location system, together with the smoke detector identification to inform the user of a preferred escape route. | 03-05-2015 |

20150100372 | ORDERING POTENTIAL LEADS IN A LEAD QUEUE SYSTEM FOR A POOL OF ONE OR MORE REPRESENTATIVES - A system and method to prioritize leads for a pool of representatives is presented herein. Leads have corresponding lead profiles stored or referenced in a lead queue system. Each lead profile includes data that indicates how likely the corresponding lead is to purchase a good or service, or to take an offer. The lead queue system orders lead profiles, such that the highest lead profile corresponds to the lead that is estimated to be the most likely to purchase a good or service, or to take an offer. A lead profile may be updated automatically based, at least in part, on the actions of the corresponding lead. Additionally or alternatively, a lead profile may be updated manually by a representative, manager, or someone other than the corresponding lead. In response, the lead queue system updates the order of the lead profiles. | 04-09-2015 |

20100290440 | Mobile Communications Terminal for Use in Several Wireless Local Networks and Method for Operating - The invention relates to a mobile communications terminal for use in a plurality of wireless local networks. Said terminal comprises a log on memory, in which an access address that is designed to be used for a new log on process is stored. According to the invention, information concerning the access addresses that were received by the mobile communications terminal in previous log on operations and the network among the plurality of wireless local networks that was used, is stored in an allocation memory. The terminal is configured in such a way that when a new access request is received for a sought network among the plurality of wireless local networks, it searches for a previous access address that was allocated for the sought network and is also configured in such a way that when said previous access address for the sought network has been found, it writes the address to the log on memory and permits the log on operation. The invention also relates to a method for managing log on information that is designed for the mobile communications terminal. | 11-18-2010 |
