20110239946Method of Manufacturing a Pet Dog - A method for fabricating pet beds that are uniform in shape that is cost effective and rapidly completed. A plug is wrapped in several layers of foam or padding. Each layer of foam is coupled to each other, however the plug is not coupled to any of the foam layers itself. After the foam has been properly placed, the plug is removed and a spring set that is substantially shaped like the plug is inserted into its place. The foam and spring set are then enveloped within a mattress cover. The pet bed may be fabricated in a plurality of shapes using the same process including oval or elliptical, circular, triangle or wedge, and rectangular. Each shape may also be fabricated using the same process in a “flat” or “high back” configuration.2011-10-06

20110239950AUTOMATIC LIQUID DISPENSING DEVICE FOR ANIMALS - A liquid dispensing device includes a container removably mounted to a tray such that an orifice in the base of the container is below a fill line of the tray. A flat-shaped cap that includes an opening is removably attached to the orifice. A cap adjustment member forces the cap into a concave shape when the container is removably mounted to the tray. If the cap is in the flat shape, surface tension of the liquid in the container prevents the container from dispensing liquid. However, forcing the cap into the concave shape disrupts the surface tension of the liquid and allows the container to dispense the liquid if the liquid is not already above a fill line. These features allow the orifice to be wide enough for cleaning while the cap is narrow enough for operation without the cap causing surface tension that hinders operation.2011-10-06

20110239962LOW SPECIFIC EMISSION DECOMPOSITION - An alternative or supplement to combustion within an engine is decomposition of nitrous oxide into two parts nitrogen, one part oxygen. This decomposition releases thermal energy that may be captured and converted to useful work. Traditional combustion engines are limited to oxidizer/fuel ratio ratios near the proportional mixture of fuel and oxidizer that achieves complete combustion of the fuel. The presently disclosed technology increases the oxidizer/fuel ratio above that of all traditional combustion engines and still achieves useable power output primarily through decomposition of nitrous oxide. Decomposition of nitrous oxide into nitrogen and oxygen in an engine outputs two parts nitrogen and one part oxygen, which is roughly equivalent to oxygen rich atmospheric air. Output of carbon dioxide and other undesirable chemical compounds is avoided when compared to combustion of a carbon-hydrogen fuel and an oxidizer containing oxygen.2011-10-06
