20090273113Wallboard and Ceiling Tile and Method of Manufacturing Same - Disclosed is a method of producing a composite material suitable for the manufacturing of gypsum wallboard and ceiling tile applications, produced by co-calcining dihydrate (gypsum) to hemihydrate/stucco and cooking of unmodified/raw starch to cooked starch together. The method disclosed improves the standard wallboard and ceiling tile processing techniques thereby lowering the manufacturing cost of both products. The co-calcining of gypsum and the unmodified starch together eliminates the calcining of dihydrate ground gypsum (powder natural or synthetic gypsum) and cooking of unmodified starch (powder) separately prior to using the materials in the wallboard and ceiling tile formulations. The unmodified starch can be also added to the gypsum rocks during the grinding and calcining process to produce composite material. Furthermore, unmodified starch can be added to the wet synthetic gypsum such as FGD (flue gas desulphurization etc.), dried or dried and calcined together. The use of composite material in both product formulations eliminates or minimizes the processing steps and lowers the energy cost by partially or completely replacing standard hemihydrate/stucco and starch during the processing.11-05-2009

20120043689METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING COMPOSITE OF METAL AND RESIN - A method for manufacturing a composite of metal and resin includes steps of: providing a metal piece; cleaning the metal piece in a degreasing agent solution; partially shielding the metal piece and remaining portions of the metal surface uncovered; blasting the metal piece with hard particles to form a plurality of micro pores in the uncovered portion; inserting the metal piece into a mold; injecting molten resin material on the metal piece, the resin material combined with the metal piece when the resin material is cool.02-23-2012
20100314792LOW PRESSURE MOLDING ENCAPSULATION OF HIGH VOLTAGE CIRCUITRY - A process relating to a one step low pressure injection molding method of encapsulating high voltage circuitry while incorporating a unique recessed high voltage connector contact means within the injection molding material, greatly reducing the component size, while increasing the capabilities of this type of circuitry. The process reduces the manufacturing time and maintains a clean sealed contact point for repeated usage by the means of a conductive rubber slug. An additional advantage is by creating cavities through the circuit board; axially leaded high voltage components may be conveniently mounted without additional assembly components while being fully encapsulated.12-16-2010
20120168980FINE BUBBLE DELIVERY FOR POTABLE WATER, WASTEWATER, AND CLEAN WATER TREATMENT - A flexible tubing for fine bubble aeration is provided with an air passageway defined in part by an upper portion and a lower portion. The tubing can be made of a uniform weighted material with more material in the lower portion than in the upper portion. This makes the tubing self-orienting, in that it will tend to orient itself with micro-slits along the upper portion facing upward and the lower portion facing downward when submerged in a body of water. An automated, one-stage production line converts raw tubing material to a finished tubing product without the need for separate processing. A method of coiling the tubing places the micro-slits approximately 90° away from the surface of a spool hub, thereby avoiding a longitudinal arch in the tubing and ultimately preventing roll-over and improper slit orientation after installation in a water body.07-05-2012

20110193257Method for Producing a Molded Part Provided with a Through-Hole - To produce a molded part with a through-hole, a rod-shaped blank is pushed through a guide into a cavity and fixed in place. The end region of the blank is compressed and reshaped into a disk. A disk core having the same cross-sectional shape as the blank is ejected out of the disk using a punch and pushed into the guide and moved back together with the unshaped part of the blank. The disk is severed from the disk core and the molded part is removed from the cavity. During the penetration step, the disk present in the cavity is subjected to an axial pressure in the disk core ejection direction and the blank is subjected to an axial counter-force opposite to the disk core ejection direction.08-11-2011
