220719000 | Internal anti-splash or anti-spill device | 11 |
20080264960 | Toddler Cup - An improved spill-proof cup, such as a “sippy cup.” The sippy cup has an internal partition that is angled toward the mouth of the sippy cup to decrease the amount of tilt required to dispense the entirety of the liquid from the sippy cup, thus improving comfort for the infant using the sippy cup while also teaching good drinking habits that can be applied to an adult type cup. | 10-30-2008 |
20100044386 | Cap for a Spill-Proof Beverage Container - A cap is described for closing a liquid beverage container for allowing the beverage to be sucked out of the container through a spout, while preventing spillage when no suction takes place. A demand valve is incorporated into the cap, which has an inlet port communicating with the interior of the container, a discharge port communicating with the spout and a control port communicating with the ambient atmosphere through a hole in the cap. The valve has a valve seat and a closure element controlling the flow from the inlet port to the discharge port urged to move into an opening position in dependence on the excess of the control pressures over that in the discharge ports, this movement being in the direction opposed to the flow and urged by the pressure in the container in a direction to seal against the valve seat. In the invention, the demand valve is formed by two members that are mounted on the inner surface of the cap. The first member is rigid and defines the valve inlet port and the valve seat. The second member incorporates the valve closure element and a resilient membrane which includes the valve closure element and serves as a pressure sensitive diaphragm. The second member also seals against the first member, around the hole in the cap and around the spout. | 02-25-2010 |
20100108701 | SPLASH-RESISTANT DRINKING DEVICE - A splash-resistant drinking device for use with a lid of a cup. The device includes a stem that insertably engages an outlet opening of the lid. The stem has upper and lower opposed ends, a top opening adjacent the upper end, a bottom opening adjacent the lower end, and a cavity extending between the top and bottom openings. The stem is sized and shaped so as to be insertable into the outlet opening of the lid such that the lower end, and hence the bottom opening, are immersed in liquid contained in the cup. A column of the liquid is contained within the cavity, thereby inhibiting the splashing of the liquid through the outlet opening. | 05-06-2010 |
20100213203 | DRINKING VESSEL WITH RECEPTACLE FOR DRIPPINGS - The present invention relates to a drinking vessel having a top end, a bottom end, a drinking compartment and a base integrally connected to the drinking compartment. The base has an exterior surface facing outwards from the vessel that is imperforate to inhibit drippings from entering within the base. A receptacle is integral with and sealably connected to the base of the vessel to inhibit drippings from entering within the base under the drinking compartment. The receptacle extends radially outwardly from the base, around the base and at least partially towards the top end. It has an opening facing the top end of the vessel, whereby the receptacle is capable of receiving drippings from the top end of the vessel when the vessel is upright, inhibiting the drippings from escaping therefrom when drinking out of the vessel, and allowing drippings to freely exit therefrom when the vessel is upside down. | 08-26-2010 |
20130233870 | Drinking Vessel - A drinking vessel comprises a generally cylindrical container ( | 09-12-2013 |
20130313271 | TRAINING DRINKING CUP - A training drinking cup is provided having a sipping rim that is configured to prevent spillage when drinking contents from the cup. | 11-28-2013 |
20140001192 | LIQUID METERING ASSEMBLY | 01-02-2014 |
20140021211 | TILTED SENSORY AROMA GLASS - A tilted sensory aroma glass is disclosed. According to one embodiment, an apparatus includes a fluid container having a rim and a base. The base is parallel to and in contact with a surface when the fluid container is placed on the surface. The rim and the base lie on intersecting planes. The apparatus further includes a fluid barrier having an opening. The fluid barrier is in contact with the fluid container and extends into the fluid container. The opening is configured to allow an aroma of a fluid in the fluid container to escape through the opening. The aroma glass allows consumers to view and smell the liquid contents of the aroma glass, but prevents consumers from consuming the liquid contents. | 01-23-2014 |
20140203032 | SPILL RESISTANT CONTAINER LID - A container lid for placement on the mouth of a container is designed to prevent the unwanted removal of fluids from the container. The container lid includes a beverage dispensing chamber having an open first chamber end, a closed second chamber end and at least one chamber sidewall extending from the first chamber end to the second chamber end. The beverage dispensing chamber includes a spout chamber which includes an open end and a closed end connected by a wall. The wall includes a valve slit which forms a valve flap having a memory closure mechanism to render the valve slit effectively impermeable to fluid absent force upon the valve slit. | 07-24-2014 |
20150102046 | Fluid dispensing valve - A fluid dispenser and dispensing valve are described, and wherein the dispensing valve includes a valve housing having a wall which defines an internal cavity, and wherein a passageway is formed through the wall of the valve housing; a valve control element is provided and which has a deformable sidewall which is placed within the valve housing in one of a plurality of possible configurations. At least a portion of the sidewall of the valve control element deforms when a vacuum is created in the internal cavity of the valve housing so as to facilitate the controllable delivery of a fluid into the valve housing. The sidewall of the valve control element has a variable thickness dimension. | 04-16-2015 |
20160106242 | NON-SPILL DRINKING CONTAINER - A non-spill collar and valve assembly having a collar and a seal. The collar comprising an internal wall having a support surface and one or more passage therethrough. The internal wall having a frustoconical shape with an open upper end that extends downward and inwardly into a closed lower end with a projection extending outward therefrom and a fastener assembly provided opposite the internal wall. The internal wall further comprises a support surface provided along an inner surface of the open upper end having one or more protrusions disposed radially adjacent to the support surface defining one or more channels. One or more passages are disposed through the internal wall to channel a fluid at a desired flow rate. The seal has a first surface substantially similar to a shape of the internal wall is also provided. The seal has a blind bore recess on a lower surface for receiving and securing the projection therein. | 04-21-2016 |
